It looks good. IIs this the same bathroom? I think the trade off between a new vanity or a painted vanity would be minimal if the paint job is down well and the cabinet painted is in good shape. I would also consider framing in the mirror or getting a new mirror and faucets.

Yes - updating bathrooms always helps with the sale of a house

I know I HATE the tile but I think that is a major project ($$$) and thought the vanity would detract from the tile. Any inexpensive ideas for that? I painted the darker vanity following all the right steps and it looks nice but the lighter one could have been better. I was thinking faucets and framing in the mirror would help too. Do you know of any kits for mirror framing? I'm not much of a carpenter and just want to "glue" something up. Faucets would be pretty straight forward.

Why dont you check with a local glass company they might be able to help

Just a thought, a potential buyer may think similarly about the cost of new tile vs. a vanity.

I think people are happy toi have solid surfaces and double sinks. Good job. Move on!

For framing the mirror, go to www.mirrormates.com. Very nice and very cost effective !!!
