How do I get help?

I would like to know if !houzz will tell me if there isn't a known fix for my problem . It has been several weeks now and I have several people offer help but nothing has helped . If houzz doesn't know I will move on. I just want to know. Thanks Linda

Hi Linda, what issues are you experiencing? And are you referring to the website or the app?

I have a iPad 5. The app closes as soon as I open it. I have tried ,deleting and reinstalling. The app and iPad are updated with current etc. I was also told to ,open safari ,type support://reset touch go follow the prompts and signin . No help. I have replied to your email on my desk top several times and all have come back. Help.

Urgent help needed to find painted wood cabinet TRIMS that look similar to those in these photos. I'm adding a whole wall of floor-to-ceiling kitchen cabinets that I want to match my existing vintage ones. Can anyone tell me where to find those "TRIMS", or find someone who custom makes them? Thanks!
