The bricks in the planter and below the mailbox are very stained. I am contemplating an all white paint

If you need to paint the stained bricks, I would paint them white. It will not break up the home in two colors. I think it will be a better balance for this style of architecture. Maybe a pergola overhead above the door. Plant tall plants on the right on each side of the window to soften and ground the home. Use tall and short bushes on the left side, to soften the horizontal line breaks with this style.
