joist coating

hi, this apt is absolutely gorgeous! i'd like to reveal the joists in my apt (now hidden by 2 sheets of drywall) but am having difficulty finding products to use on the joists that will increase their burn time to 1 hour as per NYC code. would you tell me what you used on the joists here? thank you!!

Intumescent paint. Must be applied professionally and is not cheap.

thank you. yes, i understand that i need an intumescent primer/paint (and that they are costly) but i am looking for actual product names/manufacturers. also, i'm on the hunt for an intumescent clear coat (varnish or otherwise) that gives a 1 hour burn time but have not yet been able to locate one -- any ideas?
