Brady Bunch kitchen remodel

I recently helped my mom pick out stuff for a long overdue kitchen remodel on their 1971 house. Thanks to everyone who helped answer questions.

Knobs and pulls: Top Knobs Nouveau III

Counter: Prada Gold granite

Backsplash: Daltile

Rittenhouse Matte Almond

Floor: Anderson Brevard Millstone (I'm pretty sure)

Faucet: Kohler Barossa

Pendant lights: Kichler Everly with LED Edison bulbs

Chairs: Crate & Barrel Delta

Stove, fridge and dishwasher: Bosch

@djbeer She did. I wasn't super keen on the idea of an island with an attached table, but they're in their 70s and didn't want to sit on bar stools. And my dad insists on being able to watch the TV in the next room from the table so the orientation had to be toward that. They have a formal dining room, so don't need more than 2 seats in the kitchen for meals on a regular basis. There wasn't enough room for a separate table or a bigger one. This is what she wanted.

My dream would have been to tear down the wall between the dining room and kitchen and make a bigger kitchen/great room with the formal living room. My mom said she's too old to get use out of it that way, so didn't do even though I know this would have been better for resale.

Love it, saving in my ideas file. The table with two chairs attached to the island is a great idea so thanks for sharing.
