Well the track you purchase as a kit of parts where they have different hardware to hang doors on as shown in the links provided. Where can I get that retracting door? What is that called?

For the door track I used a box track from Stanley Hardware ( http://www.stanleyhardware.com/default.asp?TYPE=CATEGORY&CATEGORY=HDW+BARN+BOX+TRACK) that can be found in local hardware stores such as Lowes, or you can get one from Rustica Hardware as mentioned above. The door its self, it a custom made frame with metal panels attached to it.
