My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can't point to any one feature here. While the space is smaller, it feels spacious and inviting.

Probably my favorite photo in this book. Feels bright and fresh. Love the large opening to an outdoor living area. The light-colored sofa may not survive young kids though :)

While I don't need a pool table or a pool in the backyard, I like the wood beams (trusses?), the bright open space and how it feels very indoor outdoor.

Love the window seat and that it's modern without that cold feeling that modern spaces often give off.

While smaller and darker than I'm usually drawn to, I like the built-ins and the fireplace.

Again not a fan of the TV up so high, but love the light fixture, the furniture, the rug, the fireplace. Ok, I love it all!

Not wild about the planed wall behind the TV, but otherwise feels like a nice room to gather and watch TV. The pops of color are nice too.

Love the big windows and the spaciousness. Would probably only work on our house if it was facing the front or back.
