Overall, I like the look of these cabinets. They are white with some character, I like the light granite with dark hardwood. What is really important to me with the cabinets is variation in height and type of cabinet (I dont want them to all be the same).

Okay...here is the style of cabinets I want. I love the character of the cabinets and cabinet hardware is perfect! This is also the style of backsplash I want. I absolutely love it. I am thinking whitish cabinets with either beige/tan or gray (fairly light) granite with darker hardwood floors and slightly darker backsplash (but like this pattern of backsplash) with this hardware. I would do the island different. Same granite on countertops and island, but maybe paint the cabinets of the island a slightly darker color that is also found in the granite (see later photo).

Okay...this is the island I want....love the island! love the island color (painted darker color found in the granite, darker than cabinet color, but same granite as countertops). I think this would look good with darker hardwood floors and the backsplash that I picked earlier (but maybe a slightly darker backsplash color). Also like the style and size of the island. Cute!
