My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the non traditional drawer storage. I also like hidden but close spice and cooking essential storage (olive oil, soy sauce, etc). I do find it hard to find spices in drawers like this though because you are looking at the top of them.
