Note: Drawer above and below microwave: Also add drawer below side to side open doors if we use a country style overhang kitchen sink. I lost the pic that had 2 open doors below the sink and below the open doors was a drawer. There was no cross piece between the drawer and the doors so you can lay on your back to change faucet.

Make floating vanity: Bath room off garage at Mackey: Sink top to enter into bump out at 36 inches. Attach vanity to wall and have float to allow storage in bump out area? Sink counter top could be expanded into bath bump out for additional sink top space.
Bath off the garage: Open vanity bottom near bump out. Open lower vanity on bottom to allow entry in lower bump out space in bath room. Space below could be accessed through the lower part of vanity. Vanity height should be 36 inches tall from ground to vanity top. The top can be a shelf that is bigger and protrudes into the bump out giving additional count top space to the sink area possibly one enlarge vanity top? with storage space below and sink space above with a possible additional shelf above the counter top?

The marbel faux on the trim: Make the trim faux with marble in the kitchen area only: paint other trim white around the doors and front wainscoting but use pine glass doors that are frosted with a flurdelee in the glass area and stain the surrounding part of the door a natural or dark stain to play off light and dark or stay close to floor color? Also use pine under oak round rail at stairs to tie in pine trees in living room? You may also paint marble faux on kitchen trim area to tie in counter top and use light stained pine trim around doors and doors to tie stair pine,door pine and main trees together.
