Hi all- Our NXR range has been a colossal disappointment and source of frustration. I think if you search the forums here (appliances maybe?) you'll find our threads. I was actually inspired to come back here today because someone emailed me out of the blue about her NXR, which has the exact same issues ours does. I wont go into all the details, since I have to go to work, but you can find them if you hunt around here. Suffice it to say, although we LOVED it for the first 9 months or so, it has been nothing but problems since then. We have spent LOTS of money fixing broken parts, but at this point it would cost $1,000 to replace the burners, which have been clicking incessantly and spilling flame where they shouldn't -even with hyper-vigilant cleaning and professional service- for years now. I would never, ever recommend one to anyone unless you don't plan to need it for ore than a year or so.
