My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Shape of hood vent gives good work light, but slim upper lets more window light through! Also, look at heating unit and high windows of their covered porch! Plus the porch ceiling height good. We could do v high indoor/outdoor room height. Do it, for more daylight.
