Old look triangle beams
Q
Photo
Do NOT like horizontal metal struts.
Q
Photo
Do NOT like this style, as it lowers the apparent ceiling and would interfere with the light from the skylights.
Q
Photo
This is more like my vision, but with a lighter colour, fewer diagonals, and cleaner lines.
Q
Photo
Do NOT want wood coated ceiling, or partition section on the ceiling.
Q
Photo
More beams on the ceiling that I was anticipating, although the absence of horizontal beams makes the ceiling appear higher and avoids interference with cabinetry. - but reduces opportunities for mounting lights.
Q
Photo
Beams too dark and texture too rough. Without the triangular truss, are more horizontal feature beams needed for the same effect?
Q
Photo
Interesting beam design, but do not like the colour. Does this design say "New Barn"?
Q
Photo
Like colour and texture of beam.
Q
Photo
Do NOT like metal cross members.
Q
Photo
Beams too dark. I prefer triangular truss beam design effect.
Q
Photo
I like the texture and colour of these beams.
Q
Photo
Maximises height effect while retaining multiple feature beams. Horizontal beams would interfere with the top of the cabintetry and appear to lower the roof effect?
Q
Photo
Would like to have horizontal beams across the room.
Q
Photo
Not enough of a beam feature.
Q
Photo
This is a beam design that I have not considered. It makes the ceiling appear higher and removes clutter near the cabinet tops, but also reduces light placement options on the beams.
Q
Photo
Do NOT want recessed lights in the ceiling or such a large beam low on the ceiling with a ridge orientation.
Q
Photo
Do NOT like this lighting effect or the dark cabinetry.
Q
Photo
Should the colour of the beams be consistent with the cabinetry?
Q
Photo
These beams are what I like, but they could be lighter in colour and the end wall should have a horizontal beam too - if it fits about the cabinets.
Q
Photo
Light coloured beams make the space lighter, but are these too many - making the ceiling appear lower?
Q
Photo
Textured horizontal beams without roof beams seems to be incomplete?
Q
Photo
Too many beams make the ceiling appear low?
Q

Too many beams make the ceiling appear low?
Q

One central contrasting beams does not seem to be enough
Q
Photo
Like texture of wood - wonder if we should just have feature beams on the ceiling surface, without cross beams?
Q
Photo
Like beams but wonder about their white colour
Q

Visible beams but wonder about white colour
Q

High ceiling with visible beam
