Could this type of glazing and clear combination work for the Kitchen windows facing the neighbor's house?

non-custom cabinets are a great idea. Glass back-painted backsplash is a very good idea. Could be bottom or top lighted with LEDs or LED strips also. Could do in all bathrooms and kitchen.

Love the integration of the two rooms.

The large teardrop pendants are very interesting. I am not certain that they match the kitchen however lovely against the floor and the beams.

I love the southwest feeling and openness of this design. very mellow with the light and limestone taking precedence.

I love the windows however the real thought is that I like the island table as a multi-function preparation space as a traditional approach versus continual use of countertops.
