What I liked about this is that it provides an mini office like area with countertop but without the space for a chair. This would be very doable in the kitchen for organizing mail and bills and paperwork and still fit within existing kitchen cabinetry. I don't really need to sit and work in the kitchen but having a place to organize and store mail and bills and paperwork is something that would be super helpful.
