Trustworthy, Talented, and Truly a Dream Team We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with ABT, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the very first inquiry to the final touches, this team exceeded every expectation. When we first reached out, they responded quickly and made scheduling our initial appointment incredibly easy. That level of communication and responsiveness never faded—it continued throughout the entire project. At our first meeting, we worked with Megan and Lanita, two amazing designers who were not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also just lovely people to work with. They really listened to what we wanted, walked us through all the details, and answered every single question we had with patience and care. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting everything just right for us. When it came time to see the space, they arrived early to take a look at our old (and I mean very old!) 80s kitchen. That alone gave us a good feeling, but as things progressed, we realized we had found a team we could fully trust. So much so that we actually left for vacation during the first two weeks of demolition—yep, we handed over the keys and said, “Go for it ”. And when we came home, the kitchen was completely cleared out and prepped for the next phase. Everything was clean and on track, and we immediately felt at ease knowing the project was in such capable hands. Antonio, ABT’s master handyman, and his crew were equally impressive. They showed up 15 minutes early every day, stayed late, and treated our home with respect. They worked hard, kept us informed, and really took pride in what they were doing. As with any renovation, there were a few hiccups (appliance coordination was a bit of a headache—definitely not ABT’s fault!), but they handled every challenge calmly and professionally. Whether it was dealing with delays or fine-tuning the installation of the cabinets and countertops, the ABT team was on top of it. They were also super open to our input and ideas, which made us feel even more involved in the process. Looking at our kitchen now, it’s hard to believe it’s the same space. It’s functional, beautiful, and fits us perfectly and that’s all thanks to the incredible people at ABT. They made what could have been a stressful experience into something exciting and rewarding. They do excellent work, are timely with the work, and quickly respond to messages! They completed our home remodel in 2016 and have had them do other small projects, including a guest bathroom remodel that we decided to do last fall. We just finished our kitchen remodel using ABT Renovation & Design Center and we couldn’t be happier. We are repeat customers of theirs, having used them several years ago when they remodeled 2 bathrooms and whole house flooring. We found out that a kitchen remodel is a lot more stressful since you live with no kitchen for several months. And, as with all remodel projects, problems or issues arise that were not expected, and ours was no exception. However, Bill and his team went all out handling a couple of issues we were concerned about. Bill worked with us to to insure we were satisfied, even though it may have cost him some addition labor and material cost, which he did not pass on to us. It’s this kind of service that makes ABT our “go to” contractor for any home improvements.

We've now used ABT for two large renovation projects. The first was our home in Chandler which involved a complete remodeling of the kitchen, 4 bathrooms, adding a wine cellar, and flooring/paint throughout. There was a lot to design, plan and coordinate as we needed to have everything finished in just 6 weeks once the work began. The remodel was completed as promised and turned out so well we used ABT again when we moved to Paradise Valley. Once again, the full kitchen, laundry room, several bathrooms, flooring/paint throughout all turned out beautifully! Both remodels involved a ton of design decisions and Angie patiently and expertly guided and suggested materials, colors, and styles. Bill and crew handled several complexities on both projects that included moving walls, windows, fire suppression systems, and trenching new plumbing. Knowing so many people who have had difficult times with their contractors, we are so pleased that we found ABT and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that will ensure your satisfaction and deliver the highest quality work.

We highly recommend ABT for your remodeling project! From the very first meeting through to the last details every person we encountered was easy to work with and customer focused. We were very impressed with everyone's great communication skills which certainly made the project much easier as we were not always on site. The work was done with precision and in a timely fashion. Our project manager Meghan kept us in the loop and offered many helpful design ideas. The project came in on budget and on time.

We have been working with ABT for 7 years on various projects in our house. We decided to just do one room at a time and each time they hit the project out of the ball park. We recently completed the kitchen and ABT also renovated our five bathrooms. We have been so happy with everyone from the design team to the on-site workers and their professionalism. ABT did a beautiful job refashioning a storage closed into a sleek and modern bathroom. It was pleasure to work with ABT from the design to the finished product. The completed job was exactly as promised. They showed up on time everyday until the bathroom was finished. I highly recommend ABT.

I walk into my newly remodeled bathroom and contentment comes over me. We chose ABT because I needed design help; and Meghan couldn't have been more professional and adept at making you feel good about your choices and the working relationship. I didn't want to run around to store after store and make myself crazy, so all of the purchasing was done by Meghan and choosing everything was done on-line and by E mail. The same crew was here from start to finish, including the first day of demolition. As promised, they completed the demolition in one day. My beautiful bathroom and shower was constructed meticulously by Beto and his son. I could only say good about his workmanship and he consulted me about all aspects of construction. All in all I most definitely plan on using ABT again for further projects!
