Dane’s team at Arkwright did a fantastic job. They helped with everything starting from design work based on reference photos, to construction and installation. Everything went smoothly and the team was ready for every issue we ran across. The work was high quality, on time, and on budget.

Dane and his crew were incredible. They were never a minute late each day for 2 months and did an incredible job on our living/kitchen remodel. His expertise and craftsmanship were top notch and his knowledge on all the details was very impressive. We hired Arkwright after a very bad experience with a different contractor. Needless to say, our experience with Dane was above and beyond and we look forward to hiring them again for a master bedroom/bath remodel in the future.

I could not recommend Dane and the Arkwright team more. They recently installed a gas fireplace, built in shelves, and bench seating in our front room, and it could not be more perfect. A few key things stood out about Arkwright: 1 - Solid communication. Whether we were in upfront planning or in the middle of execution, Dane and his team were always available to bounce ideas off of or ask clarifying questions to. They shared not just what they were doing, but why, and often times did so proactively without me even asking. 2- Quality of work - The work looks phenomenal, but what impressed me most was Dane's willingness to bring creative solutions and ideas to the table early on. For example, we had to re-route a floor vent, and I'd thought we were stuck installing a metal vent to the front of one of the benches. Instead, Dane suggested that his team cut vent slats into the bottom of the. bench baseboard to make it look cleaner while still achieving the same result. 3- Quality of the team - Sometimes you love your contractor but have issues with the onsite team. Not the case with Arkwright! Our day to day contact, Rafa, was just as dependable and communicative. He was on time everyday and was always willing to say hello and answer questions or provide updates as needed. He also oversaw the management of any subcontractors who came in (electrician, firebox installer, millwork, etc.) It was a relief to leave the house everyday and know that Rafa had it all under control. All in all, I give my highest praise to this team and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future for any home project.

Arkwright Construction is a top notch and reputable contractor. The timeliness on the completion of their projects is second to none. Their crew is kind and respectful of your time. Furthermore, they continuously communicate updates as to the status of their projects which is difficult to find in this industry. Lastly, the quality of their work is impeccable.

I would - and already have - highly recommend Arkwright Construction. Dane Stevenson was engaged on the project from the planning stages of a new kitchen, all the way through the end of the project. His team of craftsmen were punctual, diligent, careful, and - perhaps best of all - able to problem-solve when confronted with unexpected challenges working in a 90+ year old building. They were a terrific team to work with; even the building engineer and his team were deeply impressed with the level and quality of workmanship which never varied over the course of a four-month project, and the care that was taken to protect the common spaces in the building. If I could give them more stars, I would!

We have previously used Dane’s team for our full kitchen remodel, powder room refresh, a number of miscellaneous projects and are currently having them redo our basement (including adding carpeting, a wet bar and a wine cellar). Dane originally came recommended by a designer we used and we found him to be very professional and trustworthy relative to past contractors (hence why we keep using him for new projects). Dane’s team is terrific too - always very courteous and respectful.

Dane and Arkwright Construction did a complete redesign/remodel of my kitchen with amazing results. My vision was listened to and carried out in amazing detail. They exceeded my expectations with their responsiveness, attention to detail, and workmanship. I would definitely use Arkwright Construction again!

Dane and his team did an amazing job on our renovation. We wanted a high end job and that is what he delivered us. Dane also came up with some interesting solutions as well. We had a powder room that had ugly access panels and Dane made them almost disappear. He was always easy to reach and he had the same crew working our job from start to finish. All might sound too good to be true....but it is!

Dane and Arkwright are terrific. They installed a new roof and replaced a deck for us. They also addressed some water damage. They’ve done smaller projects for us as well. Their quality of work is terrific. Dane is very knowledgeable. His workers and he are very conscientious, cleaning up nightly during an extended project. Our projects were completed on time and within budget. This company’s level of service is exceptional. I highly recommend them for any project you have.

These guys are fantastic! I have worked with many contractors throughout my 10+ years in the interior design business and have never found a group as amazing as Arkwright! They are diligent to make sure their projects are finished on time and on budget and their priority is to always provide attentive customer service and top-quality craftsmanship on all my projects! I am a kitchen and bath designer and have worked with many contractor teams during my 15 years' in business. I had the pleasure of meeting Dane and his crew on a recent project and was impressed by both his professionalism and by the quality of the work completed. Both Dane and his team were a pleasure to work with and always responsive. He took a solutions oriented approach to a couple of small hiccups that we had and was an advocate for the integrity of the design which as I designer I very much appreciate.
