Bertet Builders remodeled 2 bathrooms in a rental house for me in 2023. When the job was done, they asked for their final payment. So, I went to the rental house to inspect. While inspecting, bathtub spout blew off when the water was turn on and spout pipe wasn’t caulk where it went through the wall. The toilet paper holder wouldn’t close, medicine cabinet missing shelf, and the master sink faucet was clogged. Bertet went back and fixed those things. After that, I thought I better go back and do a more thorough inspection. So, I crawled under the house. The bathtub drain wasn’t connected to the drainpipe under the crawl space. Water was just pouring onto the ground under the house. There were electrical wires laying on ground & split electrical wires weren’t put inside a junction box. Then a checked the guest bathroom. The guest shower was clogged. Bertet went back and fixed those things. Then a when back a 3rd time. A new skylight lens that was put in kept falling off, was cut too small. An electrical outlet on other side of bathroom wall was removed and left with a hole in the wall. I would have given the Bertet 1 star, but they did go back and fix everything that I found. However, I am worried about the things behind the wall that I couldn't inspect.

Our significant makeover was expertly completed by this amazing company. Very professional, pleasant to work with, and has excellent outcomes. No hesitation in recommending it to others. Dylan and his guys did a great job with house addition. They are efficient and Dylan always keeps us up to date on the progress of the job that they always clean up after each day. We were so impressed by their professionalism and their genuine desire to get the job done to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend their services. We had a project to update our bathrooms before selling our house. Manuel came out to give us an estimate and very quickly we got started. We were impressed with the results as well as the care we got from Manuel. He was on the job every day giving us updates and making sure our questions were answered.
