Our experience with the Bradburn Group was nothing but exceptional! Not only did they help transform our dark, dreary, unfinished basement into a welcoming space to spend time in, they treated our project like it was for their own personal space. Every single person who walked through our door, from the initial dialogue and design to the finishing touches, was beyond professional, knowledgeable and personable. They always kept us apprised of the project, whether in person or through their project management app, and always took the time to ask us what we wanted, to offer advice when required and to be sure that we were happy with the results. We would highly recommend TBG to our friends and family and would definitely work with them on a future renovation!

We hired the Bradburn group to complete an extensive whole home renovation. From the first meeting we immediately felt comfortable with Jordan and confident that he could get the job done to the standards we were hoping to achieve. They are fairly priced, straightforward, and provide a high quality of workmanship. I should also mention that with all construction you run into roadblocks, the Bradburn group dealt with all of ours with honesty, consideration and ease. The team of guys on site were a pleasure to work with and are always striving to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. My wife and I were looking to make some renovations to our home. I had known a contractor quite well through my profession that I had reached out to get a quote. He showed up, reviewed what was needed, and that was it. I called and called to see if I was going to get a quote? Never did see one. I decided to call Jordan who had just joined our BNI Networking Chapter to ask Jordan if he would be interested in the renovation, and he said yes. Jordan came by along with one of his contractors to see what was required. Shortly after that, we received a quote. I didn’t have to go chasing it. We gave Jordan the go-ahead. The work was completed on-time and on-budget. The quality of work was excellent. The crew was great. Since the work has been done, I referred Jordan to my neighbour who required a complete basement build-out, which Jordan successfully completed. My neighbour likes me even more. We would highly recommend “The Bradburn Group” to our family and friends.

Working with the Bradburn group was a dream. From initial discussions, to project completion, the members of the Bradburn group were professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. Renovations can be stressful times, and there are a million shows out there that highlight the unexpected surprises, strictly for entertainment value. Any concerns I had before the project started were addressed up front, they were realistic about timelines and scope of the work to manage my expectations from the get-go, and recommendations and reasons why were made when I had difficulties making decisions. Best yet I ended up with the kitchen of my DREAMS! I highly recommend the Bradburn group

The Bradburn Group did an AMAZING job on our renovation. We gutted the kitchen, moved a wall, and refinished all of our floors and ceilings. These guys were on schedule, on budget and the quality of work was top notch! All the workers that came through the house were incredibly friendly and acted very professionally. We would certainly recommend The Bradburn Group to anyone considering a renovation.

I had recently moved into a condo that just didn't feel like home. I wanted it to be new and to my tastes but afraid to go with a contractor as I had heard so many nightmares. My realtor recommended The Bradburn Group, he guaranteed me I wouldn't be disappointed! I decided to meet with Jay and go over my ideas and fears and I have to say from that day on I just knew I could trust them. Throughout the whole process I was always well informed, worked through any changes I may have added along the way and they were always there to answer any questions or concerns I may of had. I couldn't be more happier and am very thankful for having had such a great experience from communication, quality of work, on-time commitment and overall working with a great group! The Bradburn Group completed a Reno of ours which included master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, floors and doors. They crew were very polite and professional. The craftsmanship of the custom cabinetry was amazing and the final completion resulted in a magazine worthy room. They kept to the agreed timeline and actually followed up months later to ensure our satisfaction. Price wise, they were still high, however still stayed within our budget. I would highly recommend using Bradburn as you will undoubtedly be happy with their work.

We decided to make our downstairs kitchen into a pantry/kitchen and are using The Bradburn group to make the upgrade. They have handled the relationship with the cabinet manufacturer, tiling supplier, electrician, stainless steel counter supplier etc. The guys have been respectful of our space and have been as clean as possible in a renovation situation. The subcontractors they have brought in are professional and keep us informed when unforeseen issues arise and we need to make decisions. The floor wasn't level and so we needed that handles first to ensure the tiles would be flat. The tile guys were great and exceeded our expectations on the workmanship. The cabinets are coming and we are including a cat drawer for the litter with an access hole to keep the panty area looking great. The designer has been great and deliver is a few days away and we'll do a further review for that. We would highly recommend The Bradburn Group for any kitchen renovation!
