The late Gerry Copeland and Copeland Architecture and Construction built our home in 2006. We were pleased throughout the process of the teardown and build. We love the modern architecture they provided and exposed us to the most up to date products! Being a realtor I have had many opportunities to recommend them and will continue to do so.

Top shelf. Bob Britton is honest, reliable and trustworthy. The subcontractors were high quality. Any problem was discussed and an outcome fair to all determined. I have hired them for two projects and would hire them again.

Copeland Architecture and Construction designed and built our house. We worked with Jeff to design the house and he did a great job giving us ideas and trying to convince us what would be best such as I wanted a half bath and he convinced me that in the end, I would want a full bath for the guest room and he was absolutely right because otherwise, guests would have to go downstairs to take a shower/bath. He was excellent to work with on picking out everything from light fixtures to flooring. It can become overwhelming when this is the first house you are building but Jeff made it seem so easy. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to figure our taste out right away. When it came to picking out lighting for example, there are just too many out there to select from so he took the time to narrow down what he thought we would like and gave us options between those. We appreciated his patience and understanding when we asked millions of questions. Bob managed the construction and kept everything moving. We were on the site almost every day and whenever we had a question or concern Bob was readily available to answer our concerns and address them in a professional, courteous manner. The work crews were very knowledgeable in their craft and very professional. We were very impressed with how well the whole team, even Austin, worked together to walk us through this stressful process. In the end we have a beautiful home that we will treasure for years to come.

Copeland Architecture and Construction designed and built our home. The creative results are outstanding and won First place in our Home Show in 2003. The collaborative process was enjoyable and completely without drama. We have seen many other homes designed and built by Copeland and every one is of the highest design and construction quality. Now, 12 years later, our home still receives compliments. We love this home, but if we ever were to build another home, Copeland would be our first choice for design and construction.

I have seen first hand the quality and dedication that they put forth in everything that they touch. I used Jeff Fountain for consulting on a downtown project and I also had to privilege to sell one of his buildings.
