DL Custom Construction

Over a period of several weeks we had our basement finished. This included installation of a bathroom, dry-walling, painting, flooring, lights, installation of walls etc. Over all we were very happy with the job. Dan is a professional who works with the homeowner to get the highest quality of what is wanted and needed. He is excellent at keeping you updated and letting you know exactly who and what will be done on specific days and times. Dan was never too busy to accept our questions/calls about our basement. At times when we had a baby in the house he was considerate about the noise and safety issues (closing doors, etc.) and went to the extent of removing his shoes when he came in or out of the house so dirt would not be tracked into our home. He had a high knowledge of what he was doing and would make suggestions if we asked. One thing we appreciated was his positive attitude and willingness to work with our budget. We would highly recommend him and would use his services again.

Dan Lewis did a great job! He was respectful to our wished and worked around our schedule. We had 2 bathrooms upgraded and we love them. Highly recommend his work.

I hired Dan Lewis/ DL Custom Construction to do a major renovation of my kitchen and some work on a bathroom on my 90 plus year old Clintonville home. Dan was instrumental in helping me to determine the scope of the project, making recommendations on what needed to be done, and pulling it all together for me. I appreciated Dan's ability to offer me price conscience options on the various elements involved - his knowledge of construction and how the finish project would look was very helpful. I trusted him completely to work in my home and he did a wonderful job. His finish work is outstanding. The project was completed in a timely manner, all the subs he used were professional, the project came in at the budget we discussed and I am extremely happy with the end results. We have used DL Custom Construction on numerous occasions. Our kitchen was in much need of updating and a garage that was falling apart at the seams. Ceiling, cupboards, countertop, sink, etc. Everything was done well and on time. We highly recommend using them for ourselves and have done so with family and friends.
