Doug Pruett Construction Company has done numerous jobs for me over the years all of which have been done professionally with meticulous attention to detail and all work has been done in a timely manner. Previous projects have included flooring, tiling, plumbing, windows, doors, skylights, decking and roofing. Doug has an excellent and talented crew who just recently completed a beautiful bathroom renovation for me. Doug has exceptional integrity and is able to advise on many matters with regard to code, regulations and permits.

I hired DPCC to demolish and replace a screened porch on my 1930's Dutch Colonial in Southern Maryland based on architectural plans. Doug Pruett's bid was accurate and reasonable. He pulled permits right away and his crew completed the entire project on budget within 2.5 weeks. Doug was extremely responsive to all inquiries I made via phone or email. His crew worked diligently and did an amazing job with the intricate trim. They answered any questions I had as the job was going along and kept the site neat, cleaning it up at the end of each work day. When the job was complete there was an issue with the deck stain not setting properly. Doug followed up with the supplier and was able to obtain free replacement stain and sent a crew out to resand and restain the flooring at no additional cost to me. I could not have had a better experience with this project and highly recommend DPCC!

Avoid this Contractor ! Mr. Pruett signed a legal contract July 5, 2015 to remodel my house with a 75 day completion. To Date / 1 year later my house is still not completed. Gutters / Sump Pump & Drain / Basement Electric have not been installed. Mr. Pruett has been Paid in Full and now refuses to acknowledge phone calls, texts & e mails.
