I approached a faculty member of an interior design school here in Toronto to provide a recommendation for doing a major renovation of my townhouse in downtown Toronto and she suggested David Geraghty. David did a simply spectacular job. When I compare the work he did on my residence compared to others who have done similar renovations, his was simply in another league with respect to sophistication of design, efficient use of space, taking the time to find out my style preferences and lifestyle, and then incorporating this into a creative architectural design. Throughout the years since it was completed guests repeatedly commented on both beauty, warmth and the functional utility of his design. I could not recommend him more highly.

Gergarghty and Associates was recommended to me by a mutual colleague. During the project they went above and beyond exceeded all expectations I had in place. I worked directly with Joseph to design and create a set of permit drawings(structural, electrical, lighting & HVAC) for a multi-tenant dwelling; during which he was super responsive, very professional, knowledgeable and executed with quality time and time again.
