I would not recommend this company. The customer service is terrible and the Shadex product is very poor quality. I would choose Hunter Douglas for my next house.

Andria responded to our email request and did a site visit to our office. She gave us several options for our office windows. She supplied a quote with the various options. Once we decided on our blinds, the order was placed and within weeks we were given notice of optional installation dates. We were very pleased with the installation and the product.

Shademaker Blinds is a very responsive and professional team. Andria was so helpful when we were trying to pick the best type of blinds and the colour. She made us feel confident with our purchase and we have no doubt of the customer service we would receive should we ever need assistance with them. Darren and his helper installed the blinds so quickly that I didn't have time to process just how fast it was! I was completely blown away by the ease of the installation! I was really impressed with the whole process of getting our new blinds. Andria was so helpful and very quickly understood what would be the most suitable for our home. I love my blinds. We also had drapery panels installed and again she helped me in the selection process. The installation was done with great care and took little time.
