GTA Landscaping

Did extensive landscaping in 2023, over $120k worth. I would definitely not recommend this company. Lots of empty promises of getting job done on time, but delays lasted a couple of months. Workmanship was terrible because they outsourced a lot of the work and hired inexperienced people. Ignored all attempted communication for warranty work required. Unreliable and untrustworthy business on all levels. Stay away!

After we paid Vlad it became nearly impossible to get a hold of him, despite the fact the work wasn't done. Previously Vlad would respond in minutes day or night, now messages and voicemails were left with no response. I became suspicious that Vlad was screening his calls, and called him from my wife’s phone to ask about the status of our job. Vlad always made excuses about how he was working on a larger more lucrative job, or that he responded to texts or emails when he clearly didn’t. On the phone he would act like we were crazy and that he had responded with one excuse after another, but strangely he was never able to provide evidence he had responded. He would say that such chipping was normal – I’m no carpentry expert but I know pilot holes will prevent cracking boards. And I welcomed him to see one of the many fences in the neighborhood that looked great. This went on for months. At times we’d have a plan to have a meeting to go over the remaining work. Either he wouldn’t show, or once he’d be nearly an hour late and I’d have to cancel the meeting to go to work. During that meeting he took pictures which I later noticed he had the gall to post them on his company’s facebook page and advertised our project as a completed job. Later he sent someone to inspect the poor craftsmanship. They agreed it looked bad, and promised they would come the next day to fix the fence. We haven't heard from Vlad, or anyone else at GTA Landscaping since.

Vlad didn’t pay the last paycheque for the work done. It was not done so after numerous attempts to contact him. No calls were returned, no response to emails or text messages. Do not recommend having business with GTA Landscaping

Kitchen Land sourced out GTA Landscaping to work on our customer's complete home remodel. Kitchen Land remodeled inside of the home, meanwhile GTA Landscaping remodeled the outdoors. Both crews were working simultaneous and got along incredibly well. Even made great friends. Incredibly impressed with the professionalism and work ethics of GTA Landscaping crew and management. We are very careful with companies that we outsource fro jobs that we do not do ourselves but with GTA Landscaping we were pleasantly surprised. The entire project as a whole turned out spectacular and clients were beyond satisfied.

Hired GTA Landscaping to do our driway and a patio. Very friendly and professional staff. Great work. Will use again.

Thanks GTA landscaping for giving life to our front and back yard design. Huge thanks from all our family and our friends, we're really enjoying it. I'd love to recommend these guys as professionals and best in the industry.
