We could not be happier with our custom Havens sink. It’s not only beautiful, it’s a workhorse and easy to keep clean.

Waterstone's customer service is really bad. Do not trust them. Poor products, poor service. They do not respond to customers.

I uploaded the quality of the stainless steel sink sent by this company Havens Luxury Metals You be the judge, but my plumbers were astounded when they opened the crate. The craftsman's ship of the corners of the sink appear or look like its not sealed nor finished. The base of the sink has a 1/2 dent near the drain and the sheen is uneven, not to mention there is a large circular scratch that appears like they tried to buff out. I called them and sent these pictures and they said they don't take returns and are not responsible. This sink was 4k, I wouldn't accept a 200 dollar sink with a dent and scratch never mind a 4,000 dollar sink. Their explanation was there is some type of product on the base of the sink to make the sheen off and you will need to clean it with a cleaner to correct this issue. I paid 350 to ship it in this large crate which is impressive, but why would the base of the sink be damaged upon arrival, they had no explanation and took no responsibility. Good luck to you if you use this company, it took a lot of time and effort to hire people to measure for this sink and hire to install which never happened. Still waiting to see if I will be refunded by my credit card company as they will not refund my money Here is Havens Response- They take no responsibility, the base of the sink was definitely buffed out to hide the circular scratch. Shipping and Handling: Your sink was shipped via freight, and there were no accessories inside the sink that could have caused any scratches or dents. All of our sinks undergo a thorough inspection both during packaging and before shipping, so this is very surprising. Did you notice any scratches or damage when the shipment was first received and unpacked? With our quality check before shipping the sink out, there’s no explanation for this, and this is truly an anomaly. Basin Grate Offer: As an apology for this situation, we’d like to offer you the Basin Grate you inquired about last week, completely free of charge (a $625 value). I placed an order for 2 sinks with Havens. Received the first one, nicely packed inside a wooden crate. On Tuesday October 25 the second sink got delivered. Packaged in a cardboard box with bubble wrap. The box was dented and revealed a bent flange on one side of the sink. I contacted Haven and received email that they experience damage on a "small persentage" of sinks. Alex Havens suggested I use a clamp to fix this and that it should be ok once the weight of the countertop is in place. Order total is $4630. Big difference comparing the packaging between the sinks in photos submitted.

We love our custom sink from havens metal. We are heavy sink users and were worried about scratches and dents from heavy pans. It is holding up great! I highly recommend getting the scrubber/sponge holder. It is really useful. It was designed well w little openings at the end corners which help the water run through the holder easily. Love our sink!

The team at Havens Luxury Metals fabricated both the sink and backsplash as part of a kitchen remodeling project at our recently-purchased condominium in Scottsdale, AZ. We were being selective in terms of what was being replaced vs. what was being retained - basically, we wanted to keep the Poliform Varenna cabinets, and replace the appliances, sink, backsplash, fixtures and lighting. Our goal was to minimize the need for modifications to the cabinets while thoroughly modernizing the look and feel of the room, so we chose the Prestige finish for both the made-to-measure sink and backsplash. The results really did exceed our expectations - we couldn't be happier!

i did a kitchen remodel spanning july 2018 through jan 2020. Lacanche range, namibian marble, brazilian granite( no spots) 5 foot copper hood, beautiful handmade custom cabinets. its my dream come true. but the best thing i did, was my Havens copper sink. I absolutely love it! i didnt know i could have such feelings about an object. Its a living work of art....and so so functional. i am building a beach house now... trying to stay low budget. but i will absolutely install another Havens sink...even if i have to sleep on a blow up bed for a year.

$25,000 kitchen remodel with custom cabinets, hi end appliances but above all those things I love my 36" single, apron front copper sink the best. The removable grate is key, the cutting boards that fit are great too. What a great way to go. Durable, no dents. I dont worry about the finish, it changes every day and it's great. Utilitarian with style! Thank you Havens, I hope every future house I ever live in will have a Havens sink.

I’m very pleased with the sink I bought from Havens. I called to ask questions a couple of times. They were quick to respond and answer them. The sink fits perfectly.
