I hired Install It Direct for a large outdoor project that included pavers, drainage, artificial turf, and a fire pit. Unfortunately, it turned into months of stress, constant follow up, and repeated quality issues that should have been caught by supervision and quality control. The issue was not the size of the job. The issue was poor attention to detail, poor oversight, and subcontractor work that, in my opinion, did not meet a professional standard. I felt like I had to act as the project manager and inspector because problems were only addressed when I personally found them and pushed for corrections. There were multiple issues with the drainage and pavers. Polymeric sand went down two drains because they were not covered during sand application. Several drains were installed inconsistently, not aligned properly, and not set the same distance from the patio cover. Multiple paver areas had drainage problems, and about 10 border pavers around the turf were loose and not properly attached. The shower drain was also installed off center. The artificial turf was one of the worst parts. Within weeks, grass and weeds came through the middle of the turf in multiple areas, not just at seams or edges. I eventually counted about 18 spots. The turf was uneven and lumpy, with dips and bumps that should not have passed final inspection. The infill was spread by hand instead of with a proper spreader machine, and a large portion of the turf had little to no infill. I was told infill on 2 inch turf was optional and not a big deal, but other turf professionals told me otherwise. When I said the turf needed to be redone properly, they sent me a change order for about $45,000 to redo it correctly. I felt like I was being asked to pay a massive additional amount to get the job done the way it should have been done the first time. I eventually hired another company to redo the turf. During removal, they showed me the base material appeared to be recycled base heavily contaminated with dirt, the base depth ranged from about 0.5 inches to 2 inches, and there was no weed fabric under the base. The most serious issue involved the fire pit. The fire pit installed as part of this project exploded toward my girlfriend and caused injuries. We had an independent professional company inspect the fire pit and gas line, and they found the gas connection was loose. In my opinion, this was an extremely dangerous installation issue because a loose gas connection can allow gas to build up inside a fire pit structure and create a major explosion hazard. Because of the injuries, safety concerns, and what I believe was gross negligence involving a gas installation, we are now pursuing legal action. I do not write reviews lightly, but I wish someone had warned me. If you are considering this company, document everything, inspect everything, and do not assume their team will catch the basics.

We recently bought our home knowing we wanted to have the backyard redone. It was covered in dyed mulch which was a complete nightmare. When we started looking for vendors, we had several companies come out and got a variety of answers of what was possible or not, and also how long the process would take. They all had delayed response times, and odd requirements that were really off putting. On a whim we reached out to Install It Direct to get yet another option. Man we are glad we went with them. Steve was great and quickly turned around a rendering and captured our vision almost to a T after our first conversation. The shinning star of the entire project was Troy, from day one we knew he was understood our vision and had our best interest in mind with every decision we had to make. He checked in with us regularly, kept us abreast with everything happening and whenever an issue arose (which were all minor and expected) that we were presented with pros/cons for each solution. He made us feel like we were a priority and that he genuinely cared about the outcome. All in all, it was a great experience. We love our new yard and would highly recommend IIT and Troy to anyone. They were able to make our dream backyard come to life.

They completely redid our backyard and front side yard. Steve Brown designed a project that transformed this old water guzzling property into a beautiful drought resistant oasis. Steve's vision made it possible. His organization and caring made us feel confident that we made the right decision. The work was completed fast and efficiently and within budget by Patrick Diehl and his friendly energetic crew. They made it all happen. They redid the landscape, installed paver stones, drainage, flower beds, raised beds, lighting, drip irrigation and a small drought resistant Dymondia Margaretae lawn. We needed and received frequent and effective communication throughout the process. This gave us confidence in the outcome. The new yard is awesome. We love it!

We had a very positive experience with Install-It Direct. We had a dirt slope leveled and pavers put down. The team was in constant contact through the design and implementation phases and helped us navigate unexpected issues that arose by helping us out with plumber and electrician contacts. There were a lot of curves in the paved area and there was a lot of work involved in getting the pavers fitted to the curves. We are very happy with the workmanship of the crew and the professionalism of management. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for help with hardscaping .

I couldn't have been more happy to get my landscaping work done, and that too so beautifully - huge thanks to Install it direct! I wanted a very simple easy to maintain side yard for which time an budget was a deciding factor as much as were the options I had for making it look beautiful and functional. William worked with me to help pick the best options and get the design nailed down. Patrick and Jonathan took it from there and stayed in constant touch, worked patiently with me, and kept in touch till the work was done. They were always available to talk through any concerns or question I had. I got nice pavers, a retaining wall and a small patch of artificial turf which looks amazing. This company was fantastic for my backyard project, extremely organized from start to finish. I worked with Steve right away, who led the design and provided various options while being considerate of our budget. He was transparent throughout, ensuring my wife and I felt no pressure. Steve stood out among others as our advocate, leading me to choose them confidently. When the project started, I met Ramon, our onsite lead; Nick, the foreman; and Patrick, the project manager. Initially, I doubted their two-week timeline, but they completed everything in just 8 days. Ramon was onsite daily at 8:00 AM with his team. He patiently answered my questions when the project manager was unavailable and always communicated clearly. He checked with me before discarding anything during demo, and his attention to detail showcased his pride in their work. I just had roughly 2000 square feet of turf installed at my residence by Install-It-Direct, and could not be more pleased by their professionalism and attention to detail from their initial estimate and throughout the entire installation process. Nate talked me out of using pavers, which would have been more expensive than turf, which speaks very much for their honesty and doing right by the customer. He provided me pluses and minuses of both options (turf vs. pavers) and walked me to two houses in the neighborhood using turf, giving contrasts and comparisons with those turf instances and their product, really helping with my decision. Patrick's project management could not have been more helpful, and both he and Nate assuaged any concerns I had in bringing the project through to a great end result.

I needed a retaining wall between me and my neighbor's property that was about 6' X 150' long. I had four companies bid on the project. Install-It-Directs proposal was far superior to the rest. The gentleman that came to my home took detailed measurements and answered all my questions, he did not try to upgrade the project into something I didn't want. He came back about a week later with three plans that were very detailed with exactly what I asked for. We set a start date and the project manager and crew were there at 9am sharp to start work. Threw out the project the crew was always there on time and the project manager always let me know what were the expectations for the day. The manager and I talked multiple time daily and if I had any concerns they were always taken care of. He was not only very technically skilled individual but a good diplomat working with my neighbor who was very reluctant to have the wall built at all. In closing I would highly recommend this company.

This is the third time Install-It-Direct has done work on our property and they are just as good now as they were in 2010 when they did the first project. Rich, Patrick, Cosme, and crew understood that it was a painful but necessary decision for us to comply with the State's AB 3074 Zone Zero. Plans were drawn up and a meeting on site that included a very thorough walk-through of the project was done several days before the start date so there would be no surprises. They listened and answered every question. We are very pleased with what they did and how they did it. There was daily contact with Patrick and Rich while the work was being done and they have stayed in touch to make sure we are happy with the project. We are.

Install-it-Direct just completed our backyard makeover and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Right from the beginning, Chris our Designer, has been prompt and responsive in coming out to discuss the project and giving us an estimate. He made a lot of recommendations on design and materials, all with stunning results. He and his two lovely helpers Rinn and Kenzie even sacrificed a Saturday to come out to complete some final finishes. Troy our Project Manager, came on site everyday to check on progress and make sure everything was done correctly and according to plan. I worked with Troy and Chris MacMillan on remodeling my patio, driveway and side alley with pavers. Both were good communicators and we kept in touch primarily by text. I approved a preliminary design before we signed a contract that spelled out all the various parameters. The project started on time and finished within the expected timeframe. The team of three workers, led by Avelino, did a great job. Extra helpers arrived on busy days. Supplies were delivered and picked up as promised. We just finished getting our backyard paved from Install-It-Direct and I am not exaggerating when I say that they are hands down the most fair-priced, transparent, communicative, efficient, responsive, and customer service-oriented company we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Our moderate size yard a mixture of cracked Spanish tiles, a lot of tree roots and huge amount of dirt and rocks and they transformed it into a beautiful space that we can enjoy for years to come. From the designer Steve who gave us an esthetically pleasing, cost effective design that met all of our needs, Operations Manager Jonathan who navigated all the logistics of getting the project started and progressing in a timely manner, Project Manager Patrick who was here from the beginning to the very end overseeing that the work was going right and responding to any of our concerns as well as unforeseen ones that inevitably arise, Foreman Antonio and his crew Leandro and later Danny and even the Owner Tim- everyone from this stellar company was super-involved to make our project as stress free as possible even with the unprecedented SoCal February ran we had after demolition. Project Manager Patrick communicated with us almost everyday during the crazy weeklong ran to give us updates of when Foreman Antonio, Leandro and Danny can come back. Antonio and Leandro came by to make sure the ground was protected with plastic sheeting and returned back to work as soon as the ground was dried enough. These men are highly skilled and not only care that you get the best looking pavers, but also that you have proper drainage, which I was told was very important in paver installation. They are efficient, courteous and made sure to clean up as much as possible at the end of each work day, even though I didn't request it. Project Manager is someone who has my upmost respect. He truly care about his customers and I never felt that I was bothering him with any question. He was at our house almost everyday and often times addressed concerns even before we asked. He is trustworthy, conscientious and very amiable. Any concerns were promptly addressed and he mad sure to find solutions, including when Foreman Antonio, Leandro and Danny discovered an unexpected huge pipe underground from our next door neighbor's side of the property after digging. They came up with a beautiful solution to make the area look like a plant stand that worked for us. You know how some companies no longer respond in a timely manner after the contract is signed or when the check is cashed? Heck, some don't even bother texting you back until hours later because they got paid lol. That's the opposite of Install-It-Direct. Designer Steve, Project Manger Patrick and Operations Manager Jonathan always responded right away. We never felt ignored or forgotten throughout the project. Even after the pavers were done, any issues were promptly addressed and taken care of. We highly recommend Install-It-Direct.

Great team to work with! Extremely pleased with the quality of work and the timeframe of completion (under 2wks). I also want to highlight the team members - Bill, Patrick, Lucas, and Casper - they were all easy to talk to and seemed to really care to do a great job for their clients. If their managers read this, I would advocate for them to be promoted and/or get raises! What was done: -- added turf with wavy perimeter -- decomposed granite with rocks and plants to create zen area by pepper tree -- installed plants all along perimeter -- added new mulch -- extended a portion of concrete walkway and retaining wall -- added drip irrigation and adjusted drainage -- added post for market/string lights Budget: IID was very understanding of our budget and worked with us to create a project that we could afford. Designer: Bill It was a pleasure working with Bill to design the backyard. He did a wonderful job adding the curves we wanted into the turf and seamlessly blending it in with the DG. We wanted to pick our own plants and decorative rocks and Bill was 100% on board. It was super fun picking plants and rocks together at the nurseries/KRC rock. Bill was always very positive and responsive despite our constant questions and revisions. Project Manager: Patrick Patrick was very on top of the project. As with any big project, things might get missed or something might not come out how you imagined the first time. However, Patrick was quick to respond to our concerns. I did not need to ask Patrick more than once to address something. For instance, they originally installed a circular ring irrigation device to water the plants on the DG. However, it was watering too wide of a surface area and leaving prolonged wet spots. So we asked about it and within a day or so, they switched them all to drip irrigation and problem solved. We asked if they could stucco more of the wall - the next day, it was done. It was incredible how responsive this team was. Installation Team: Lucas and Casper These guys are MVPs! We had our renovation in July so it was 80s every single day. These men worked endlessly to set up our backyard in record time. They were always super energetic and polite. They were also respectful and kept the area clean. They were responsive to our questions/concerns. I originally brought up the irrigation issue to Lucas and he immediately told Patrick. I asked if they could use a potting mix I wanted for the larger plants and they re-arranged their work to plant the next day so my husband and I could bring the potting mix. I also appreciated their quality of work. I’ve had several friends comment on how well Lucas blended the seams of the turf so that it’s barely noticeable. Even after the SD storm our backyard looked great! And all the drains they installed worked because we didn’t experience any flooding.

Absolutely the BEST contractors we've ever worked with. The proposal process was excellent, they worked with us to find a product that matched our style and budget. The pricing was competive and comparable to most of the others, except one that was twice as high, we got 4 bids for this job. They had everything in stock and ready to go before starting, installers were here first thing in the morning and worked hard all day long and left the place cleaned-up at the end of each day. The project manager was on-site to check on the project regularly and was easy to reach by phone with questions AND when all was said and done there were no hidden charges or delay and it looked beautiful! I seriously have not had such a positive experience with a contractor before. I highly recommend install-it-direct Our project involved removing the lawn and driveway and replacing the driveway, creating a patio and pathway with pavers.

What a transformation – a gorgeous patio surrounding our pool and elegant walkways around the house -- and all thanks to the people of Install-It-Direct -- a company dedicated to our project from the first consultation to the last installation. Dennis Caldwell and Aaron Dishon led the team. Dennis was key to formulating the design. He discussed with us various scenarios, and made excellent suggestions. Chief among them was extending the patio to include walkways around three sides of the house which connected all paved areas, giving it a unified, smooth, and seamless look, and adding an improved drainage system. Aaron did superlative work in coordinating all aspects of the project, which included the demolition of the old concrete and brick patio, installation of the drainage system and the pavers, and resolution of all other items. He was always available for questions and concerns, and that continued even after the project was finished. The installation crew was led by Antonio Sanchez. He and his team, Leandro and Roberto, were outstanding. They demolished the old and built the new on schedule, including extra projects necessary to complete the design. I would HIGHLY recommend Install IT Direct!! I setup appts with 5 different contractors to get estimates for our backyard and they were all over the place. When I called Install IT Direct their concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable and shared that a sales rep would reach out to setup more time and shared that they provide complimentary estimates and 2D drawings of our space and if we wanted a 3D version it’s $1,000 but would be applied to our project. Within about 30 minutes the sales rep Thomas called me back and set up an appt to look at our property the next day. He was on time, extremely professional, and very friendly. Within a few days he provided a drawing of our space and detailed estimate with line items for each part of the project. The prices seemed fair and we scheduled the work. They were able to start almost immediately which was wonderful! Thomas introduced me to the project manager, Frank who was absolutely incredible to work with. He kept in touch throughout the entire process to check in and confirm details with me to ensure it was exactly how we wanted it. The crews were fantastic, they worked extremely hard M-S, they did an amazing job, and were very tidy. I loved that once they started the projected they stayed until they finished, I didn’t have to worry about them picking up other projects and fighting to have ours finished. If you’re looking to have work done, look no further, Thomas and Frank are such a great team and will oversee your project start to finish.

After getting their name from a neighbor. Thomas came over to give us a quote. We had a good idea of what we wanted to do and he helped us make it better. We received quotes from 6 companies. Thomas was the only one who was an all around professional sharing his knowledge, ideas and suggestions in a matter a fact no pressure kind of way. Plus he didn’t bad mouth other companies work to get his point across. Great follow up from start to finish. He provided a digital image of our plan and all the paperwork we needed to submit to HOA. The crew that came to do the work was great! Hard working all day and very in synch with each other. They pay close attention to detail. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. The job foreman, Frank, was also great to work with. Both Thomas and Frank encouraged questions and repeatedly wanted to make sure we were happy with the progress. A couple minor tweaks needed to be made while the work was being done. Thomas and Frank just wanted to fix it and it was not a big deal. Install It Direct may not be the cheapest company out there, but I knew after our first visit that they were different from the other companies. We definitely had piece of mind considering the amount of money we were spending and for the work being done on such an important part of our home. :)

Install It Direct just replaced all the concrete around my house - driveway, walkways, back patio - and I couldn’t be happier! The product itself is simply beautiful. Ever since the installation I actually have neighbors walking over and telling me how beautiful everything looks! But just as important was the team at Install It Direct. Chris was my design consultant and project manager. He listened to my thoughts and ideas throughout the process and gave me multiple design options while working with my budget. No detail was too small for him and he patiently laid out multiple designs for me to pick from. As a design consultant and then project manager, I couldn’t have asked for anybody more responsive and professional. The crew itself was also great! Nicholas was the foreman and kept the project on track, even finishing a couple of days earlier than planned. And last but definitely not least, the work crew was exceptional. They were here early every day, worked hard and cleaned up every day; even going to the extent of blowing the dust off of the neighbor’s car! Install It Direct was one of two companies that we went through a full design consultation and estimate process for our small front and back yard in our new construction home. While both bids were similar enough in price, we ultimately choose to go with Install It Direct because of our overly positive experience with Ron, our design consultant. Ron came with great suggestions and was willing to revise the design and work to maximize our budget. Ron was also straightforward about the pros and cons of turf and pavers and gave advice as to what other home projects we could prioritize next to maximize the longevity of the landscaping project (get gutters!). As first-time homeowners, we were grateful for the extra info. Our incredibly slow HOA approval process pushed us way past our anticipated start date for install and into the December holidays. Even with the delay on our side and the complete disruption to life from COVID-19, we were impressed that the install team made things work and got everything done in a relatively short amount of time. Yes, there were some hiccups and slowdowns here and there, mainly due to the state of the world right now, but ultimately, we are happy with how everything turned out. The quality of the work is great, they were able to level our backyard way beyond what we are expecting within our budget. Had a great experience. Elio was really helpful and way ahead the competitors I met with. Introduction, appearance, backyard design and no hidden fees - this what makes me pick IIT! Definitely worth the money. My yard looks amazing. They were able to start the project as soon as the weather is good and completed in a week. Update 10-2020: Year after the installation. The pavers are still looking great! The turf unfortunately was shedding and IID was able to address this issue without any questions. We tried first to use a rake to clean the fiber but it appears to always come back again. IDD agreed to provide warranty repair free of change and replace the turf in 1 day. It took a little bit of a time due to busy summer timing, but everything was done and we are happy with the new turf. Thanks again for the quality service IID!

I am super impressed with Install-It-Direct. My consultant, Ron gave me a ton options to choose from and shared with me addresses of installations so I can go and see what the grass actually looked like after being installed which was very helpful. Ron gave me options that would be perfect for my dogs and the heavy traffic in my backyard from having family get togethers. The process of installing the grass went smoothly and was done in two days! (My yard is around 900 sqft). The installation workers were very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable letting them do their thing while I worked from home. The grass I had installed was "Desert Rye" 65oz. Apparently it's very popular, because it keeps selling out. The grass looks incredibly real and is soft on the feet and the dogs love it! When I showed pictures with friends and family they asked if I had sod or artificial grass installed...that's how authentic this grass looks! I will definitely be recommending Install-It-Direct.

Great quality and great customer service. Troy came over checked out the place and gave me a quote. Honestly I found places cheaper with an inferior product but Troy talked with his peeps and was able to price match without having to sacrifice on the quality i wanted. He was super cool down to earth and he was even able to get me a sweet deal on not only turf but a putting green with 3 holes along with some fringe for a realistic look. I do recommend shopping around but I don't think anyone can do a better job than Troy and his team at Install it Direct. Also, their secretary was very informative as well. Her name is Lidia. However when it came to following up on the repair they no longer made me a priority. After receiving numerous quotes for my mini backyard project I came across Install-It-Direct. I’m pleased to share my experience with the entire team was an absolute pleasure. My interactions with competitors were not so positive (some design consultants missing their agreed upon appointment time and not calling to follow up at all). Again, as mentioned it was a smaller project that likely wouldn’t yield high profits for bigger companies. Ronald was very understanding and relatable and showed great patience with me and I was signing a contract the day prior to stay at home orders due to covid-19. So throughout the process of pending HOA approval and he kept in touch regularly so I had a tentative schedule to expect the work to be done. Within two months the team was on site, for the install. Thomas Jackson consulted with me to understand all the problems existing on the property. Expensive water bills, water puddling, erosion problems, and weed problem. Thomas offered up various ideas and solutions explaining all the pros and cons. Thomas has quite extensive knowledge about real estate construction and landscaping and I felt he provided many great ideas to solve all the problems. Thomas provided samples of the materials and let me know what the cost of all the options are. Never once did I feel like Thomas was trying to sell me anything, all pretty much just giving me all the options and letting me decide. Thomas provided a very competitive quote and broke out all the pieces separately so I could understand the cost. Thomas also accommodated all the custom requirements I needed to make sure all the various projects going on would fit well together. Thomas coordinated various projects and did them in a way to save as much money as possible, he is very creative and pays attention to details which is important in real estate projects. Having worked in the service/hospitality industry for 25+ years, I know how important it is to share positive experiences on social media. My experience with Install-It-Direct was amazing! They listened and let us collaborate through the entire process. My yard was a nightmare, with drainage issues and tons of river rocks and nowhere for my 2 toddlers to play. We used these guys when we first bought the house two years ago. We installed turf and a beautiful stone block bench on one side. After living with it, and loving it, we called them back up to do the other 2/3 of the yard. Ronald came over and talked to us for about an hour, took some measurements, and quickly got us back a quote. The pricing was very fair, but I wouldn’t know the actual value just yet. As San Diego went through it’s annual few weeks of on and off rain the project stopped and started a couple times. The admin team was great at scheduling/rescheduling. The weekend before the project was to start I self-installed a gutter to be attached to the French drain they were doing and (of course) I didn’t do a very good job. Monday arrived and Diego, Israel, Hector, and Leo looked at it and exchanged a few words, and very politely asked if I would mind if they made it a little more efficient? Basically, they fixed my horrible attempt at gutter building and saved my back yard from ever flooding again. This would be tested the following week. After finishing the turf and french drain project, I thanked the team and told them I would certainly share my experience. That weekend it rained…and rained…and rained some more. Bad news, the french drain trench had sunk a few inches creating a dip in the turf running from the patio to the garage. I called Ronald and he said, “no problem, I’ll get the guys back ASAP to fix it!”. These guys rock! Diego came back and fixed it quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the turf, the french drain, the service, care, and attention to detail these guys put out! Do yourself a favor and let them come give you a bid!

Ron Drombroski, project manager, explained every aspect of the process in detail. He gave me a number of references to look at. When I viewed these projects I walked around the neighborhood and you could see the the difference in the quality of workmanship with Install It Direct. The week before the project began Ron brought the crew chief, Saul, to meet me. I was able to express my concerns and Saul insured that he would address them during demolition and removal of concrete and soil. Work started on the day scheduled and finished one day early. I needed to have my front yard totally landscaped and after meeting with a few contractors I choose to go with Installed- It -Direct. I usually go with my gut feeling after talking with contractors. After talking with Dustin I knew this was the person I wanted to help me. He was very professional & answered all my questions. It was also important for me to know he was listening to me. He had in mind the pavers to use which was the right choice. Because I didn’t want mulch for the flowers area he came up with another suggestion. Again, it was a good choice. He also went out of his way to find the right artificial turf I wanted and found it. Dustin & Saul crew were here Tuesday morning to start. They had a bob cat to excavate the concrete to the front door. Saul & crew completed this task without any markings on the walls which I was expecting from such a big machine. Good job! I had replaced embankment with large rocks, different kind & color of smaller rock in garden, artificial turf, small river rock & pavers around turf, replaced pavers to the front door with border & added a small wall in front of the sidewalk. Before leaving each day they did a clean up. The expected completion was 1.5 weeks, but finished in 4 business days. I couldn’t believe it. Everyone worked so hard to complete the project & even took time to answer more questions. I can’t say enough about Dustin, Saul & Crew except I was very comfortable with them all. Install-It-Direct did an amazing job. They removed our old concrete patio, installed proper drainage, pavers, artificial turf, and a pergola (covered and with slats). We worked with Emily who oversaw our whole project, from consultation all the way to completion. She was excited about helping with us from the first meeting. The initial consultation took a few hours, to go over everything and do measurements. She came back a day or so later with visuals and computer renderings to help us see what she was talking about. We looked at other companies and smaller vendors, and it either took too long to get ideas, quotes, or any information about these types of projects. Saul oversaw the construction with his crew. They worked very hard and were very professional. Their work is great! During the construction process, Emily was still very hands on and came by almost everyday to check on progress. One thing that I think would help, would be for either the company to go around to the neighbors and inform them of the upcoming work, or provide a flyer to the neighbors with information about what the neighborhood can expect during construction with contact numbers on it. We live on a cul de sac and they do have big trucks and a lot of equipment coming and going. I knew it was going to be major work, but never having done it before I did not know the scope. If you are looking into having this type of work done, you can not go wrong with Install-It-Direct.

I had never even thought to do any of that and was very skeptical that we would be spending money on something that wouldn't even look all that great but we decided to go for it and I'm SO glad we did. We hired Install It Direct to complete our massive backyard remodel and we are nothing but impressed. On our first consultation with Will Thrower we weren't really ready to sign on the dotted line but just performing our due diligence. I wanted to be up front and let Will know and he was more than willing to walk us thru a design and give us many options on many different facets of what we were trying to accomplish. Fast forward about 6 weeks later we ended up tripling the original scope of our project and called Will back for a second consultation. After going thru the numbers and a complete redesign we were ecstatic with the design and said we wanted to move forward. This was the best home improvement project yet! The Install-It-Direct team was professional & the materials top notch. I found this company from a neighborhood app that had great comments, so I called to schedule a meeting. Pam arrived [on time] to guide us into the world of pavers & artificial turf. We loved her bubbly personality and clear presentation. Her design suggestions were super helpful. She had samples and catalogs to make our choices simple. The price quote was a great value. After our initial consultation with Pam, we met with several other companies, but no one could match the Install-It-Direct price and several of the other company reps were poorly prepared. We called Pam back and had a follow up meeting where we decided to add re-doing the driveway in addition to our front walkways and lawn. Best decision ever!! Install-It-Direct provided both hand drawn illustrations as well as a CAD layout that made our HOA approval process quick and easy. The actual project was scheduled to take 8-9 working days. The crew arrived on a Monday morning - led by the AWESOME Ernesto as foreman. Ernesto was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, great suggestions along the way, super skilled at every step of this project. Ask for him on any Install-It-Direct job. So the crew worked daily from 8:30-5:30. They took care of every possible thing from demo of yard [demo of bushes, old concrete, grass], they capped off and re-routed the sprinkler system. They were very careful of our neighbor's property. They left the site in good order every day. They were always on time and worked diligently all day. They managed to complete the project on Saturday - in just 6 days. We also opted to have a sealer put on the pavers that was added a couple of days later. All our neighbors are so impressed with the beauty and quality of the job. After months of ugly dirt yard and old concrete walkways / driveway I can't believe that this beautiful front yard is our house :) I can't wait until we can bring the same beauty to our backyard!! We hired Install It Direct to do pavers in our driveway and a front yard re-do. From start to finish, they were amazing. Steve worked with us on the landscape design, including plant suggestions. He listened attentively to what we wanted and came up with a gorgeous design that is very low maintenance, like we wanted! The guys who did the work were amazing as well. Lalo and Edgar were diligent, respectful and worked so hard, even coming over the weekend to get the job done! Even with last minute changes, they were flexible and didn’t skip a beat. We decided to have an address monument as part of the yard design. Steve suggested installing the address number on a boulder, looks very cool, but installation was a challenge. No problem, they got someone with experience and got it done. We got several quotes from a variety of large companies, smaller landscapers, and individuals and Install It Direct was at the middle-higher range. They were worth every penny because they took care of everything, Steve maintained excellent communication with us throughout the process, and we could not be happier with the finished product!! We went with INSTALL-IT-DIRECT for our backyard project after visiting with a number of different contractors. Emily Ayala, the Project Manager, was so easy to work with. She came with a great plan, listened to our ideas, devised a 3D rendering, and provided sound advice and we're thrilled with the final product. They ripped out our old concrete that didn't match and we've replaced them with pavers and a pergola. Saul and the pavers team did a helluva job. Very efficient and easy to deal with, jazzed up our balcony posts, re-arranged our sprinklers, installed lighting to highlight trees. Very pleased. And the pergola folks, name escapes me, were also great. Installed some new electrical outlets for outside and on the pergola in preparation for string lights we're going to add. They had a few pergola beams that were damaged from the factory and didn't want to install those (even though I barely noticed any issues) until they could get some perfect ones. These guys care about their work. Very happy with the entire experience using INSTALL-IT-DIRECT and dealing with Emily throughout the process was a great pleasure.

My entire backyard is a pool and pool deck. The pool deck was concrete with slate ribbons and was in bad shape…the concrete was buckling and pitted. Will Thrower and his crew were on time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, competent with a strong desire to please. The crew always had someone on hand to answer any questions. They were helpful and mindful of maintaining good neighbor relations by minimizing noise, maintaining a work schedule compatible with the neighborhood, and keeping a neat, clean, organized work space. The crew was hard working from start to finish and I received many compliments from my neighbors regarding how well my project was going compared to some of the experiences my neighbors had had with paver installation. They worked well with other contractors who were also doing work for me. Will and his crew completed the 1372 square foot job on time, on budget with no surprises! I was pleased with their professionalism and my wife and I highly recommend Will and his crew.

I wish I could give Install It Direct a better review but there were too many things that went wrong and promises made that were not kept. Emily gave a a reasonable bid on an oversized putting green (diagram attached). The project was supposed to take 3-4 days and would be completed before moving the crew onto the next job (this was a promise from Emily). They started on a Wednesday and it started raining late Friday. Emily had already collected a deposit and the 2 progress payments since she said they would finish by end of day Saturday. The rain created a delay, although Wilber and his crew continued to work in the rain on Sunday. Two weeks later the job was still not completed and rain was no longer the culprit. The company moved Wilber and his crew to the next scheduled project! It took 2 more weeks and lots of headaches to get them to finally finish. Does the putting green look nice from afar? Absolutely. Here are our major beefs: 1) There are 3 large seams that you can see that they have tried to fix with no success. We paid over $20,000 for this large putting green so we should not be seeing seams. (See pictures attached) 2)I had 6 bids for the putting green and every one of them; including IID included gopher mess as we have a very obvious gopher and ground squirrel problem. Emily stated after the fact when she showed up with 4 ultrasonic gopher deterrents that her bid did not include the mesh as it doesn’t work anyway and HER preference was using the stakes instead (roughly $20/each. We already have a buckle under the green that feels like a gopher hole. They will come out to fix it but it could be the beginning of several repair visits. 3) The contact states that all design changes need to be approved by us before being implemented. The holes were not placed where they were supposed to go according to our contract and the design for the whole green was changed. It still looks nice but they had to add another hole after it was completed to match the original design and that is the only hole that does not light up and match the others. 4) The crew left our hose running during the day with a shut off spout at the end. The problem was that we had to attach 2 hoses to make it reach and water sprayed out of the connection all day long - for 4 weeks! At one point they forgot to turn the hose off when they left and 3 days later we noticed water shooting into the air (we live on 5 acres so the hose was far from our house). The area was completely flooded and after reporting it to Emily, her only response was that it couldn’t have been her crew who left it on. Wilber admitted they must have forgotten about it. Our water bill is going to be through the roof! 5) Other little things included trying to get them to complete the finishes like repairing sprinklers that were disconnected, covering electrical lighting cords with dirt, filling soil along the pavers to hide the chunked cement, etc.... We didn’t blame Wilber for this as he had been moved to another project 2 weeks prior, but in order for him to get paid Emily had to collect our final check. So all in all, the putting green looks nice as long as you ignore the seams. Do we feel that we got our money’s worth? No. We anticipate many visits down the road to fix gopher holes because they cut corners and didn’t install the mesh barrier. Not sure what we can do about the seams other than paying $5000+ to have another company come out and re-do it. My recommendation - for a project of this magnitude, go with a company who specializes only in putting green installations as they will know all the tricks and best practices. As for the lack of integrity, that seems to be the nature of the beast when it comes to contractors. This has been our experience and very unfortunate.

Hi Houzz Community!

(Update: 4/10/18) We went out to the job site on Monday morning 4/9/18 and discovered that gophers had in fact undermined the putting green. We immediately reached out to 3 different local professional gopher control companies to seek their expert advice on the matter as this is not our domain of expertise. We have spoken to several of them and confirmed that installing gopher mesh would not have prevented this nor is it a viable solution to prevent the burrowing in the future. They explained that the gophers are digging tunnels underneath the ground and the gopher mesh only attempts to inhibit them from penetrating the surface of the putting green, however, when they dig their tunnels they are leaving subsequent air pockets, which is what is causing the undulations and will continue to cause undulations until they are removed. Air pockets can also occur with decaying root systems which are well below our putting green installation and something that is outside of our control. The gopher companies also mentioned that they have had cases where gophers have chewed through the gopher mesh. (Note: We have written an article on gophers as Cara references, however, we point out that the gopher mesh does not prevent the gophers from tunneling underneath our installation and therefore compromising the installation. This is outside of our control and something that no one can 100% guarantee.)

The gopher companies stated that the next step is for them to visit the affected area(s) in person to assess the appropriate solution for the client, however, their best guess over the phone was that they will most likely need to first treat the putting green area to remove the gophers from that specific area for approximately 30 days and then the area will need to be continuously treated on a monthly basis to keep the gophers at bay.

After learning this information, we stopped and left the job site on Monday as there was nothing that we could do to properly resolve the issue without the professional assistance of a gopher company. It would not be in the client’s best interest for us to proceed with anything until the gophers have been removed from the area. Again, the gopher mesh is not the proper solution and would not have prevented this from happening, nor will it prevent them in the future. The proper solution is to seek the advice + assistance of gopher professionals (which we have) so that they can eradicate the area to the best of their ability and then keep them at bay moving forward. Once the gopher company gives us the green light that the gophers are no longer in the putting green area, we can then proceed with repairing the damage caused by the gophers.

We are doing everything we can to resolve this matter and we are very proud of our amazing team (Wilber & Emily) and believe we are going above and beyond the call of duty for Cara and Chris(husband). We will continue to keep everyone informed as to the progress and provide our comprehensive update upon completion. If anyone has any questions in regards to how we are handling this situation, please do not hesitate to reach out to us anytime. We are looking forward to getting this resolved as quickly as we can so that the client can enjoy their putting green.

I'm very happy with the entire project and overall outcome of my back patio. Kyle was professional and followed thru and everything we discussed during the planning stage. Rodolfo (foreman) and his team did an excellent job demoing, flattening and paving. They were on time everyday, worked hard and ensured no corners were cut at any step of the way. Project Manager Steve Brown came over and listened to our wants and wishes and he came up with a plan and a price that we felt comfortable with. The very professional installation crew led by Saul started a few weeks later and completed the work in a timely manner despite some rain delays. Saul's crew showed up on time everyday and always cleaned up the work area prior to leaving the job site which was very much appreciated! They installed 1500 sq ft of pavers and 190 sq ft of pet turf with great attention to detail. We asked for small paver walls to be built up around our existing patio deck flush with the deck boards and they did this to absolute perfection! Thank you so much Saul and crew! Meanwhile Steve as our project manager handled all of the material delivery schedules and kept us in the communication loop at all times. Steve also came up with suggestions and solutions that helped us stay on budget. Thank you Steve! All in all it was a pleasure to work with Install-It-Direct and I highly recommend them.

It is with pleasure that I write this review about Install it Direct. This was our first time ever creating a back and front yard hardscape. We interviewed several companies and were most impressed by Dustin Schmitt. Dustin has a Bachelors in landscape architecture. By comparison, the other companies’ Senior Landscape Design Consultants have taken a few classes in landscape design. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in creating a hardscape plan that is unique and perfect for you. He designed a water fountain with seating around it which allows us to dip our feet into the water. The fountain looks amazing. Dustin is also very patient which we appreciated since this was a new learning experience for us. His drawing was very detailed so we passed HOA approval without a problem. Dustin kept in touch with us and his crew throughout the whole process. The project manager, Andy, was wonderful. He and his crew were very polite, efficient and hard working. They were very detailed oriented and artistic in cutting and laying the stone and pavers. We have gotten so many compliments on our back and front yard. We were very pleased with our experience and hope your experience will be the same.

Excellent customer service, efficient, and quality work! That is how I would describe Install-It-Direct. I had 5 quotes from different contractors to do my back yard upgrades. However, when I met with Emily she continued to do the follow up calls and was always available to meet. Emily, came out to the house and presented how the work would be done and in a very short amount of time. I always felt that she cared about the whole process and knowing she was here to supervise was a relief to me while I was at work. In fact, she would text me photos to show the improvements which I never had anyone do before and enjoyed so I could stay engaged with the process. I had artificial turf in the front and back yard, flagstone extended patio and wall, and a new pergola with electrical work. As a home owner you may need things to be adjusted or done differently and each time Emily was quick to make it work. Santiago and his crew did the flagstone patio, wall and turf. They were here every day bright and early. I have had contractors start work then leave a mess for a while starting another job and eventually getting back in their own time. However, Santiago worked on this project everyday and it looks fantastic! Now both myself and my wife truly enjoy our back yard because we have maximized our yard space to use it's full potential, and it looks awesome. If you decided to go with Install-It-Direct you will have the fun experience to work with Emily, and you will see how she puts care and thought into all that she does for you. I did a lot of research before picking Instal It Direct to do the turf and pavers for our back yard remodel. Kyle came out to explaine everything and give us a quote. Once we signed Kyle was there every step of the way to make sure we were happy. Customer service is oveously very inportant to them. Wilber and his crew were our installers. They did an awsome job on our yard. We had a big job that required the removal of lots of plants and dirt before they could even start instillation. They worked extreamly hard everyday. We quoted about 10-15 contractors for our backyard retaining wall and turf installation project. 1/3 or them didn't return our calls, 1/3 of them gave outrageous bids, and 1/3 told us they don't want a project so small. Install it direct came in with the most competitive price. Steve, our design and sales manager is very friendly and honest. He listened to our needs and adjusted his design accordingly. Alfredo and his crew was very professional, friendly and on time. Trying to find a good contractor for a small project is extremely hard in San Diego, I don't know why. Justin from Install It Direct and his crew recently helped me with a pavers project. From the first meeting, Justin was outstanding and truly stood out from the other project managers and sales reps I had met. Our backyard was a hot mess with ugly weeds and dirt. We were tired that we weren't able to enjoy the big outdoor space as much. So this year we finally decided that we need the backyard makeover. We researched multiple paving companies and finally settled on Install-It-Direct. We were not necessarily looking for the lowest cost contractor, but Install-It-Direct's pricing for the project was very competitive plus their great reviews gave us confidence. We also liked how Shawn (the Sr. Design Consultant) provided us with a very detailed estimate of the project's cost and timeline. We mostly had design ideas done by ourselves, but Shawn had some good input on how we can improve it. With his help we could even lower the cost a bit. We wanted pavers, putting greens, fire pit and a sitting wall around the fire place. The total work from beginning to end took almost 4 weeks (estimate was 3 weeks but there was small delay due to weather and some material shortage). We were very excited when it was done. We had expected longer construction delays, because that's pretty common with construction work schedules. Overall it was a great experience to work with Install-It-Direct. Shawn was very responsive and his team was also very nice to work with (Alfredo and Francisco and their crew). There were few minor things we requested the team to fix, and they completed all. Nothing out of the ordinary. We really love our new backyard (results in pictures say thousand words)! Thank you Install-It-Direct for helping us with this amazing transformation. We have already received a number of compliments from visitors, and we are happy to recommend Install-It-Direct with great confidence.

we found INSTALL-IT-DIRECT (IID) via our Realtor/Google searches as we were in the process of purchasing our new home. the decision to buy the home was basically 100% contingent upon turning the backyard over--the sellers had hard-scaped the entire thing, which was not what we wanted. if we couldn't get the backyard re-done at a fair price, then we would absolutely not buy the house. as a part of our decision process, we set up a day for 4 contractors to meet us and go over options, etc., etc. we met with James from IID---of the four (4) different companies/contractors, he was by-far the most professional, the most prepared and the most helpful. then on top of all that, the quote he gave a) beat the rest and b) allowed us to become very serious about buying a home for our young family. after closing on the home, the backyard was going to be the biggest project we had to accomplish for the house--over 1000 sf of turf to replace hardscape, remove an old wall and replace it with a newer and 'nicer' one :). James and the IID crew, led by Israel, were fantastic. through the entire process they were consummate professionals with amazing & friendly attitudes. as important as this project was to us and our house, we could not have been better served. the end results of the turf and the wall were awesome!!! This is our second time working with Install-It-Direct, and just as the first time, we are completely satisfied and thoroughly impressed with the project. The experience, from bid / design to completion was flawless, and this is a testament to the culture established from the owner Tim Thomas and his entire team. For this second go-around with Install-it-Direct, we had a fairly large project (1,500+ sq. ft. pavers, courtyard walls, synthetic turf, and a water feature). Tim and Shawn, the senior design consultant, patiently took the time to help craft the design of the project, drawing on their past experiences to provide us with creative ideas and practical suggestions. One of the most impressive aspects of Install-it-Direct is the transparency in pricing, as all investment options are laid out in line-item detail, and presented in a no-pressure sales manner. Furthermore, during the project, Shawn did a great job in communicating any issues / timelines, was extremely responsive in answering any questions we had and in supervising the project from start to finish. The highlight of the project was the paver and synthetic turf crews, led by Johnny and Noey (with their respective teams). We had high expectations from our first experience with Sebastian and his team, and they were certainly matched (if not exceeded) by Johnny and Noey. Johnny has a knack for design, and the talent to execute as well. In all arenas, from drainage, to paver / water feature design and installation, Johnny and his team demonstrated their skill and expertise. They are certainly key assets to the company and are the key reasons Install-it-Direct is a no brainer in choosing a company for landscape design and installation. James is incredible straight forward and takes care of problems. I was in a nightmare, paid another contractor to do my landscaping to put it this way I had to let the other contractor go and James came in and removed all of his bad-bad work that had all been done wrong.James had to start the entire job over. Besides being upset with the first guy It was a unbelievable experience fantastic workmanship and a real pleasure to work with James.The bad contractor put all the pavers in wrong,with no base, didn't compact the ground so all of it had to be remove. The bad contractor took 3 1/2 weeks to do a portion of my yard James had all that done and my BBQ and fire pit with the job completed in 4 days .My wife is so happy and so am I. I have been looking for professional synthetic turf contractor to convert our messy grass area to synthetic turf, and installitdirect (IID) caught my eyes because of good customers’ reviews. After I sent a request for quote, I got the contact from IID same day, and I made an appointment with Dustin Schmitt, Design Consultant. Dustin brought variety of samples and explained to us each type’s purpose and need. We were looking for durability and natural look, and Dustin suggested few products and we pick from one of them. After Dustin measured the area and inspected the site, he provided us the brake down quote for each step of work. With reasonable estimate with his professional approach of the project, I decided to contract with IID. I can pick the installation date the day I wanted without any problem, and his crew showed up on time with many different equipment (I was very impressed with variety of equipment). I watched all day to see the installation, and his crew was very efficient and knows the installation very well. Since my yard has many curvy shapes, I was concerned about the detail finish, but they handled well. After installation, our family was very happy with final product and the kind crew members. I will definitely recommend IID to my family and friends.

For ARTIFICIAL TURF the Install-it-direct experience gets a gold star ! We are so pleased w/ the outcome of our project; Dustin, our designer, started the process w/ a simple yet elegant design that highlighted our existing trees & koi pond in the back yard; he was able to incorporate a family-friendly putting green, a broad wrap-around side yard leading to the front & well- designed accent areas of turf in front to create appeal from the street view. This front area of turf will provide the framework to allow us to add a colorful rocky area featuring a park bench, dry bird bath, succulents & Calif natives. Dustin DOES NOT work w/ a cookie cutter approach. His creativity gave our property a unique look. He also has the technical training (a degree in Landscape Arch from Cal Poly) to give important advice on considerations such as irrigation & drainage requirements. He & Noe actually came to our house on a Saturday to make the final game plan & do the markings of the yard because we are at work for long hours during the week. Noe & his crew did a superlative job. There is a benefit to working w/ a company that has a crew that works together for every job they do-everyone works together as a team & even in the heat of summer this hard-working crew was here from early morning to past 6pm. This is an experienced team whose leader, Noe, gives the crew guidance & motivation & these guys do respond to his direction. It was a pleasure to have them working for us. All of these young guys were courteous, respectful & took pride in their work. Of note was the challenge of fitting the turf along the large granite rocks that we have in place for many linear feet of borders for all of the planting beds surrounding the house & property. Excellent craftsmanship was the outcome for the precise fitting of the turf around these jagged rocks & the result was a beautiful & professional line of sight. Lidia, the project Coordinator kept tabs on timing & was avail by email after hours. Pricing was extremely competitive. Even our maintenance gardener agreed that the price was the best he had heard for the work to be done. Our project from removal of grass & preparation of the area to completion took place on Friday, Saturday & Monday. No nonsense here-we have seen other projects in our area take 2 weeks or more. And, no heavy equipment coming into the property- most of the work done by hand & w/ a grass cutter/remover unit. Overall- we were extremely pleased to have made such a wise decision to go w/ Install-It-Direct & highly recommend this company.

With the drought situation getting worse daily and the water rationing situation also worsening, I realized my front lawn was doomed (not to mention an astronomical water bill!). After much research into the artificial turf world, I made the decision to replace my front lawn grass with the non-watering type. I, like most people, wanted several estimates for the job. Install-It-Direct was ably represented by Dustin Schmitt (not a salesman - a Senior Design Consultant with a BS in Landscape Architecture!). Dustin spent several hours (patiently) explaining every aspect of my project while incorporating my ideas for design and answering all questions fullly. The result was not really competition at all. Install-It-Direct had a reasonable price for top quality materials, a track record for professional installation and post contract support. The other 2 companies didn't measure up. Install-It-Direct also worked with me for over a month in scheduling my job (again and again!) while waiting for the EGIA (grass tear out rebate folks) go ahead to start my project and confirm eligibility for a per square foot rebate. Finally, the "tearing out of the grass" began on August 8th. Because it took so long to get 'the go ahead' to start, the install crew worked a full day on Sunday and finished the job on Monday, August 10. Amazing transformation of a dying lawn into a 'resort' caliber, manicured 'lawn'. My neighbors cannot believe it is artificial grass, and many people I don't know have stopped out front and introduced themselves to ask about the job. The superior workmanship and professionalism of Install-It-Direct, both of their installation crews and their support and management people made this job a complete success! Would I use them again? 1. Pavers materials used (belgard) is beautiful. Workmanship average. We were never reassured if the pavers were THumPeD. Lots of compliments on wall design. Pavers were overly estimated on the back project 200 sq. ft but did not get reimbursed but paid extra for the added wall caps. Though drains works, it was poorly placed. 2. Inability for the sales rep/ designer to finish the waterfall feature. Have to hire another another contractor to redo the unfinished water feature. 3. Have to hire another contractor to redo/ finish electrical. 4. Poorly design gas placement. It is unusable at this time. 5. Sales/designer was nice initially until we start asking questions bec he was redesigning as he went along. There was no specification for anything 6. Owner tried to resolve the issues. Questionable satisfaction warranty on their internet. 7. Will not recommend specially the sales rep/ designer (was actually a plumber for 20 plus years hired by install direct as sales rep/landscape designer he said but love to race car.)

We had a complete remodel of our backyard. Right from the start Tim (owner) came out and have us a very thorough bid. We had put in 2k sq ft of pavers, a 75' long retaining wall and 750 sq ft piece of artificial grass. The job also include resetting our pitch for drainage and drainage piping to the street. The job was done on time and clean. A job this scope things change a little and Tim made sure to address them with me and his crew as well as provide insight to how to get the best result. I got 3 bids for paving my driveway, front porch, and walk around side of house. Although Install-It-Direct was not the low bidder I went with them because I felt I could depend on Rubin. He didn't let me down. They were able to start earlier than promised. They worked on my yard six days a week until my project was completed. I was on site daily and I was very impressed with the quality of the work. I was particularly impressed with their eagerness to please me. They took my ideas and turned them into reality. The finished product was exactly like I had envisioned it. I have recommended them to the several admirers that have walked by my house.

Install-It-Direct (IID) was fantastic! My wife and I had discussed turf for sometime but were hesitant for a number of reasons including cost, potential negative aspects of artificial turf (gets too hot, not pet friendly, etc.) and our own observation that some artificial looks really nice and some looks plain awful. Once we decided to go for it, we contacted Install-It-Direct and had an appointment with Senior Design Consultant Shawn H. within a day or two. He arrived at our house exactly when he said he would and was extremely helpful in addressing questions we had about the pros and cons of turf. He showed us samples and ultimately suggested one that was not the most expensive, but one that best fit our needs and wants. Once measurements were made, we went over the quote point by point and he left us to think about it without any pressure whatsoever. He mentioned that IID was not the cheapest (none are really cheap) nor the most expensive, but worked hard to deliver a quality product and service and he was absolutely correct. We decided the next day to go ahead with IID, Shawn was back at our house promptly with the contract and worked to quickly schedule our appointment. On the day of the install, Shawn was there again right on time along with the job foreman (Noe sp?) and together we discussed the project. Noe suggested a better way to deal with our existing irrigation lines and went over each line with me to make sure that ones we wanted disconnected were and the ones we wanted to remain intact. When I asked how long it would take, Noe replied 'We'll be done today'. I was skeptical. When I arrived home from work, the crew was indeed packing up. I asked if they were almost finished and they said they WERE finished. I asked how it looked they just smiled at me and excitedly said 'Go take a look!'. When I went into the yard, I couldn't (and still can't) believe how great and real it looked. I immediately started looking for the seams...I still haven't found them all. In one day, we went from having an unusable patch of dirt behind our house that I loathed to having an pleasant, inviting outdoor living space that we have spent time in everyday since the install. Thank you IID! I highly recommend IID and can assure you that any future turf or paver work we have done will be done by them!

Bud Boogs and Spencer Faulkenberg were great to deal with and very Professional. The installation crew did a fine job and we were very pleased with the results. They arrived when they said they would and installed the artificial turf in one day as they promised. We were so pleased we recommended them to our neighbors. I can not think of a better endorsement.
