IPD did a phenomenal job renovating our West Village apartment. The level of quality, detail and care was unprecedented. I also convinced my building to allow IPD to renovate our lobby and upper hallways in our building as well. And it is spectacular! There's no doubt our property values have increased. Now, we are working with IPD on an East Hampton fixer upper we just purchased. Their attention to detail is unmatched. You can't go wrong.

IPD Partners designed and renovated a full bath and master bedroom for our family. Their crews are the most reliable, courteous, trustworthy and skilled of any we have worked with--and we have seen a lot of contractors pass through our home over the years. IPD's owner and project managers have good design sense as well. IPD saved our lives when we sprung a leak in our master bedroom and were there first thing the following morning to clean up and begin reconstruction.
