We did a full kitchen/breakfast room remodel along with some updates to a family room, AND a deck addition. As part of the remodel the replacement flooring was extended to the hallway/foyer/dining room. John and the entire Case team have been wonderful to work with! John and Kate were very hands on in helping us make all our selections and great in helping narrow down the options with us. The design process was collaborative and they listened to our pain points about our old kitchen to make the design changes necessary to have no pain points in the new kitchen! The design options presented were all ones that would fit with our house and blend well with other areas we have already done work. John was very upfront about the cost and timing so there were no surprises. They did not try to upsell on anything and at times offered lower priced alternatives if we were concerned about a price. One notable event was the selection of appliances - I had no idea how involved that would be, but John and the ABW consultant worked with us for several hours as we debated the pros and cons of different models/brands - and John had come with wonderful pastries to keep us energized! Throughout the build, if we had questions or concerns we got answers back right away. If anything came up that was unexpected or needed to make an adjustment for, they were involved and helped us consider the various options from price and aesthetic view points. I highly recommend John and the Case team!!! They spend the time needed and want to make sure you as a customer are happy and that you are thrilled with the final result.

We are highly satisfied with the renovation work Case Design completed on our bathroom and shower. The team was exceptionally accommodating and flexible, seamlessly managing additional modifications we requested after construction had already begun. John Audet, Director of Project Development, maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout the project, providing invaluable guidance on material selection and color coordination. I worked with John on a kitchen remodeling project almost 20 years ago before reconnecting with him to tackle a major addition and renovation of my current home this year. On both projects, John was everything you would hope for in a project partner but may struggle to find. He was unflappable, professional, responsive, and honest at all times. While he and his team at Case anticipated and avoided many challenges, there are always a few hiccups in a significant construction project. In those few cases where things didn't go as planned, John was an outstanding problem solver. Once again, Case Design has come through with a finished home improvement project that both far exceeds our expectations and fits appropriately in our budget. Along with John Audet, Designer/Architect Kwasi Hemeng and Project Manager Stefan Eising form an incredible and responsive team. Kwasi completely helped realize our vision for less-steep stairs and an expansion of our miniscule foyer. He's a true artist. Stefan was THE vital link as the project got underway and the series of craftsman and contractors came and went, building out our new space. We are thrilled with the end result. Our new stairwell is both elegant and MUCH easier - AND safer. The living room, foyer and hallway now fill with morning light, something we never had before. Each of the now four (4) projects we have done with Case have added new beauty, functionality and joy to our home. This most recent improvement - our biggst so far, will bring us years and years of satisfaction...AND compliments!

John and his team at Case were fantastic. They helped me achieve exactly the look I wanted and were so thoughtful in offering options and ideas. John put together designs based on my general aesthetic, and then patiently helped guide me throughout the process on each design choice. John was a fantastic partner in our remodel project. His strengths are having ideas about how to redesign our space, but being flexible enough to change in response to our inputs.
