Jeff Krieger and his talented team helped transform our little cottage. A new kitchen, a new flow through our home, a new exquisite room we've named "The Chapel." We came to Jeff with six words reflecting what my husband and I wanted our home to feel like after the renovation. My three words: Calm. Minimal. Bold. My husband's: Exquisite. Comfortable. Open. Somehow Jeff's team accomplished all six, with no compromise. While this was a smaller project for Krieger, we always felt like we were getting their very best. And now, we have a home that feels exactly right for us.

Jeff, Adam and the entire team did a fantastic job coordinating a major addition to our circa 1883 Chestnut Hill home - they designed the project and coordinated an army of contractors during COVID. The end result is beautiful and functional. Thank you and highly recommend!

We recently renovated the kitchen and dining areas in our 90-year-old house to create more open and inviting common spaces. Jeff Krieger and his associates were truly extraordinary. Our remodeling has been completed and the spaces are beautiful, inviting, soothing and functional. Jeff Krieger and Debbie Woodward impressed me in our initial meeting when they asked probing and helpful questions about what we were hoping to achieve from a functional standpoint. Their questions helped us to clarify our goals, priorities, and aesthetics, in ways I never anticipated. Simply put, Krieger & Assoc. was simply amazing. My wife and I can’t say enough about the care and skill of Jeff and team. Our project, a complete gut of a 140 year old brownstone was the first real estate purchase for us and simply put, a huge undertaking. Jeff calmly walked us through each and every piece of this project and we were greatly appreciative. More specifically for those of you reviewing this post for your own project I’ll put it in a more broad perspective which is this, each and every expert and contractor who reviewed our plans and worked on our home commented on the well thought out detail and expertise of the plans Jeff and team created. D. Best Construction, Inc. of Martha's Vineyard, MA worked with Jeff and his crew on a very complicated old home restoration in Edgartown. It not only involved a complete renovation but included a major addition and the installation of a full basement with a house lift. Jeff's professional and methodical plans and support allowed the project to overcome many obstacles and enabled it to moved along when time was important. The end result of course was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend him and his crew time to anyone looking for a positive construction experience!

Krieger and Associates were given the challenge of re-designing our newly purchased mid century cape into a fresh, modern home for our ever growing extended family. Jeff Krieger and his team re-imagined the home as a light filled space that could easily host a large family dinner. However, the design also reflected our wish to simplify and downsize. Every inch was intentionally designed to reflect our busy life. The spaces are bright and beautiful, but more importantly, they work.

Jeff Krieger and his colleagues were fantastic. We are finishing the second of two related projects on an eighty-year-old lake house, and could not be more pleased. The work was complicated by structural and budgetary limitations, and by our desire to retain the overall appearance and character of the house.
