Marshall Construction

We used Marshall Construction for a guest bathroom remodel a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. They tiled the large shower, suggested and installed new clear glass sliding doors, new faucets/showerhead and a granite countertop for the sink. We also replaced the mirror and they finished it off with painting walls and baseboards. We decided to do this after we had them do the same work in our master bath a year ago. Both bathrooms are beautiful. Marshall’s crews are polite, friendly and they clean up as they go, laying down carpet runners throughout whatever part of the house they are using to enter and exit and they do beautiful work. The glass guys came back and measured a second time for this sliding glass door and it’s perfect. If you need any remodeling, give Marshall Construction a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Our 1960’s era home was in need of a kitchen/den remodel. We contacted Marshall Construction because we had used them in 2025 for replacement windows. We were very pleased with our windows as well as with Ron Marshall and his crew. We had a lot of ideas and pictures of what we wanted in our new kitchen / den area. Ron provided much guidance but also repeatedly told me “You can have whatever you want” – and that is what we got – exactly what we wanted. We kept the same footprint for our kitchen / den area but replaced all kitchen cabinets and appliances. Vinyl plank flooring was installed in the kitchen/den/living room and hallway. The cabinets are beautiful and include many useful updates, such as a pantry that has pull-out drawers (no more looking into a dark abyss of a pantry), a pull-out spice rack, wonderful vertical storage above the wall oven, an area for a coffee station, and on and on. The gentlemen who designed and built the cabinets are incredible craftsmen. Everything in the den was previously all dark paneling with dark beams on the ceiling and a small bookcase. This area is now painted a light color and we have lots of lighting that we were desperately in need of. The bookcase was removed and replaced with a gorgeous entertainment wall where our TV hangs as well as many cabinets for storage with pull-out drawers, open shelves for books, and it is painted a beautiful blue color. It is a gorgeous focal point. Ron came by every day to see how things were progressing and addressed any concerns we had and inspected the work thus far. His foreman, Albert, was there every day with his 2 workers overseeing the job and also working hard. Everyone who came in our home during this process were very considerate of us and our pet. They cleaned up every day and took care of any concerns we had. We expected the project to take about 6 weeks but it was completed in 4 weeks. Every single issue / concern we had was addressed and fixed to our liking. Our experience working with Marshall Construction was fantastic. They were easy to work with and we highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Amazing experience from start to finish! We wanted to convert our formal dining room to a bedroom to make space for our growing family. We spoke with 3 different general contractors and chose Marshall Construction Company because we felt like Ron Marshall understood and was dedicated to delivering on our vision. Ron and crew built a wall and closet that matched the texture, color, and details of the rest of the room perfectly. They cleaned up before leaving each day and even finished the project a day early! Marshall Construction Company totally remodeled our master bathroom recently and from the get-go, things went quickly and smoothly. Ron Marshall came to survey the dated bath and listen to our wants and needs. Within a few days we had the detailed estimate in our hands. Ron, Albert the job foreman, and the crew worked from Monday, January 5, until Friday, January 16, when they completed the remodel. At times, Ron and Albert discussed how to best achieve some of my special requests (bathtub with air jets), and did so. They had excellent suggestions in selecting tile; tub and shower fixtures; but most importantly, adapting the jetted tub to its new home! The bathroom is beautiful and the crew were always pleasant and polite. Danielle, the office administrator, was very helpful in finding products I just "had to have" in what will likely be my last master bath remodel! The real treat came when Danielle told me "the cleaning ladies" would arrive Friday as soon as the crew departed. These ladies thoroughly cleaned the "new bathroom" and our master bedroom--dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bedspread, ceiling fan, pictures--everything; and that meant we could sleep in our clean bed again! Furnishing a cleaning crew is a thoughtful gesture and process to provide--especially by a man!

Our home was in need of replacement windows throughout. We did quite a bit of research and an article in Consumer Reports suggested consulting a general contractor in addition to a window replacement company. We did speak with a company that only does replacement windows and also contacted Marshall Construction. All reviews we found for Marshall Construction on Houzz and the Better Business Bureau were positive, which was definitely not the case with the other company we spoke with. We were pleased to get a quick return phone call from Ron Marshall and he met with us shortly thereafter. The price we were quoted was fair and the window sample he showed us was of excellent quality. His crew came out and did the window measurements and they also explained exactly how the process would go. Ron was also in contact with us along the way to make sure we were informed and also to check on progress. It was necessary on several windows to add a build-out to accommodate the new windows. They did a beautiful job on this and it would be difficult for anyone to tell this wasn’t part of the original construction. We are VERY pleased with the windows and with quality of the workmanship. In addition, the installation crew were professional and did a wonderful job of cleaning up during and after the installation. They also re-installed all the blinds! Ron Marshall inspected the work at the completion of the job to make sure it was up to his standards and that we were pleased with everything. We would definitely use Marshall Construction again.

Marshall Construction has never disappointed me. I have used them several times and have been very satisfied with each job. They do it all, painting, repairs, windows, carpet, etc. They are a one-stop shop. I have used them for big jobs (bath remodel) and small jobs (window replacement). They are always upfront about the time and pricing. I never hesitate to recommend them.

Ron and Albert’s real went above and beyond to help mitigate the dust in our bathroom renovation. I was completely apprehensive about the process until demo day arrived. Albert and his team were incredibly particular about ensuring they could prevent the dust from tear out getting everywhere. They kept everything clean and contained and offered great feedback on some of the last minute tweaks to really dial in our final bathroom design. The quality of work is outstanding and the turn time was exemplary from start to finish. Literally the long pole of the whole project was waiting for the glass man for our shower. Ron and Albert and Danielle maintained constant contact through out the design process making sure all questions and concerns were addressed before pressing forward. So incredibly happy we chose Marshall Construction.

We were tired of the small laundry room coming in from the garage. So, we asked Marshall Construction to create a new laundry room using part of the garage and convert the old laundry room into a mudroom. The initial contact and estimate process was quick, the detailed review and material selections process was thorough, and the project start, and completion went as planned. Ron and team listened to our ideas and provided helpful tips for a successful and beautiful transformation. Ron kept us informed throughout the process and met our “demands.” We couldn't be happier with the results. Thank You!

When our shower door shattered, we took it as a sign to move forward with removing the bathtub to make an extended walk-in shower. Marshall Construction Company made the process easy. Ron and his team were attentive and great to work with. They completed the project in a week and a half and the finished shower is simply beautiful. Best decision we ever made. Thank you Ron!

We recently had our bathroom redone, and Ron and the Marshal team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the project, provided regular updates on timelines and costs, and were easy to get ahold of when needed. They are easy to work with, and provided great perspective and advice on our decisions, and helped our vision become a reality. Also - and this is probably one of the best aspects of this project - their work crews and subcontractors were the most professional, cleanest, most organized crews I’ve ever seen. The disturbance to our home (dust, drop cloths, materials) was minimal, and I was impressed with the care they showed for their tools and for our home. We are very happy with the work they have done, and it was a wonderful experience working with the Marshal team. Highly recommend, and we will be glad to work with them again in the future.

My husband and I had a bathroom remodel this month. We called Ron with Marshall Construction because of all of his five-star reviews. He did not disappoint. His crews were all very professional and did a fantastic job. The protected our carpets and clean-up every day was great. The prices were very reasonable and they met the planned deadlines. We love our new bathroom including a new tile shower with a granite seat and clear glass, new faucets and shower head, granite counter tops, etc. I would not hesitate to call them again.
