Maserat Developments renovated our bathroom, replacing an old clawfoot tub with a modern shower enclosure. The room is quite small and we were unsure of the best layout. Ali assisted us with the design and also in choosing the new tiles, shower fixtures and other accessories. We are very happy with the appearance and the function of the new bathroom

We hired Maserat this past summer to finish our basement and do some additional updates on the upstairs floors. Ali became involved after we had begun work with an architect. As we worked together, Ali and his team were able to identify issues with the drawings and make excellent suggestions as to how to make the best use of our space. Ali listened to our goals and took into consideration our lifestyle (e.g. working from home) in helping to design our space. He was very responsive to questions and requests and provided wonderful guidance on where to upgrade and where to save. The team was there daily, and all trades were friendly and courteous. I was looking to renovate my condo bathroom and contacted Alan Maserat without references, but just what I saw on the website. From day one, Alan was extremely attentive answering all my questions and responding to my needs. He always made himself available. I was impressed by his knowledge of design, electrical work and plumbing. While I did have a budget in mind, he directed me to choose items where my money had the most value and suggested areas where I could streamline costs. The reno took a bit longer than expected but it was due to my selection of plumbing which came from Italy and Cambria counter which required use of their fabricator. We have since chatted after the renos have been completed. Overall, I was very pleased with the final outcome and would recommend Alan without reservation.

Our shower door imploded in the middle of the night (yes, that’s a thing - who knew?. Maserat staff were the most responsive and professional about fixing the problem for us. It now looks like new! Great job done.

Doing renovations is a nightmare BUT NOT WITH MASERAT! We got so many quotes but they just came up to the top from the get-go. THEY ARE THE BEST AND WILL MAKE THIS PAINFUL PROCESS FEEL LIKE A WALK IN THE PARK! UNLIKE OTHER CONTRACTORS THEY OFFER INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 24/7, TRANSPARENCY, AND STUNNING RESULTS IN A TIMELY MANNER!! We remodeled our entire main floor (kitchen, bathroom, took down walls, switched positions for doors and windows, flooring, etc.) and it turned out stunning -we looove our house now! Alan is a true professional, super patient, with an eye for quality, and with an amazing team of trades. They walked us through the process and held our hands through the process and we felt so at ease. Do yourselves a favor and give them a try! I promise you will not be disappointed!

We wanted to upgrade our dark and dingy basement kitchen and bathroom and Maserat enthusiastically took on the job when others were less keen. The project manager provided excellent design ideas and helped us source high quality materials (no easy task during covid) and all work was done by professional trades, resulting in a space that exceeded our expectations and that we will enjoy spending time in for many years to come.

Maserat Development's project manager is extremely genuine and on point. He truly listened and understood our project, in terms of what we needed, our budget, our timing and our taste. His suggestions and ideas were extremely helpful and eye-opening from the beginning. We had met many other contractors but he was the only one who was true to his initial promises with accurate estimates and delivered over and beyond. His level of expertise, experience, time-management and his team all exceeded our expectations and we cannot be any happier with our renovation. Despite the fact that we kept adding to the work scope (adding new stairs to the basement, renovating our main floor powder room, etc) the project went smoothly, and we missed no deadlines whatsoever. His team were all professionals and made this renovation project seem like a piece of cake!
