My husband and I had such a great experience with Scott, Elizabeth and their team! The quality of our home truly is superior and have run into zero issues over the last two years. Their goal is to absolutely keep your house on budget which I was really impressed by. Elizabeth’s guidance during the selection process also made my life much much easier. If we have the opportunity to build again, we will definitely be reaching out to this amazing team!

Our experience left a lot to be desired. They build beautiful "looking" homes but detail work isn't there. We're very happy with the outside look/flow of our house because we did spend a lot of time on it. Even during the warranty year, any issues we had wouldn't really get fixed. They basically perform at 80% and expect you to be fine with it. If you're not, then you're being unreasonable. We didn't get our punch list completed. You hear excuses on par with "The dog ate my homework". It's hard to write a bad review for your own house but that's where we are.

Where do I begin....?! MHouse made the house building process a complete DREAM. From the moment we toured the neighborhood with Scott, we knew we had found the right team. Scott was incredibly communicative and kind. The front desk staff very responsive, and always answered my regular calls and questions with a smile on their face. The design team was INCREDIBLE. They all had such classy ideas, attention to detail, and were SO patient with us during every step. The team stepped us through everything, making the process very manageable and fun! We are so happy with the high quality & BEAUTIFUL build that MHouse created for us. We can't recommend them enough!

We had the pleasure of working with the entire M House team to design and build our dream home at The Lakelands Club in Plainfield. Throughout the entire process, every team member shared their expertise and ideas to make our M House perfect for our specific family needs. The process to build with M House was seamless, and we enjoyed each part of the build from the original plans to all the design details such as lighting, cabinetry, paint colors, flooring, etc. We are now very proud owners of our own M House! I am very late on my review, but as it turns out this is a perfect time for feedback. We just hit our three year anniversary in our custom M House home and are still in love with how everything turned out! The vendors and trades that M House chose for our construction were all awesome and time has shown that the quality of their work has held up. Any of the minor adjustments we needed were always addressed quickly and professionally. I cannot express enough how great it was to work with M House from the beginning. Scott and Elizabeth are a wonderful team - honest, organized, creative, and easy to get along with. Building a house can be stressful at times, especially when your vision doesn't always align with your budget haha! M House will always find a way to make things beautiful and functional for you. 10/10 would recommend!

We purchased an M House home that was finished in 2019. The design is beautiful, but the quality of the work under the design is not. The bathrooms in particular (grouting, sealing, etc.) are very poorly done and we’ve had major leak issues. Lots of corners cut (cabinets built around plumbing so you can’t repair pipes without ripping out cabinet, improperly measuring fit of tub so knocked out tile instead of fixing properly - more water issues), etc. We love the beauty of the home but functionally it’s a project house because it was so poorly finished.

It is always a pleasure and treat to work with the MHouse team! We have done many custom metal hood projects together and always look forward to their next new and challenging design. The communication is flawless and the team is easy to work with. To many future projects together!
