Matt is the best of the best! Interpersonal skills are very advanced. He is adept with Revit and can develop a 3d model quickly.

Matt is punctual, professional, and has great vision. He worked around our schedule and was more than willing to make changes to our plans to ensure the project would be a success. He designed and completed plans for a 600sq ft roof top deck in the South Side of Pittsburgh, PA. His detailed plans ensured an easy path through the zoning board and the Pittsburgh Building Permit office. We have already started talking with Matt to complete the next project. Thanks, Matt!

We worked with Brind'Amour Design on a 120 year old house that required an interior and exterior complete layout redesign and renovation. It was quite a project! We diligently searched for the right professional to take on the project and quickly realized that all architects are not created equal! We spent hours together with Matthew working and reworking the design. His ideas and ability to couple functionality with style is impressive. Matthew is articulate, reliable and has an excellent taste level. Overall, he was a complete pleasure to work with.

I purchased a small 950 sq ft home in 2012 and had Matt Brind'Amour design the kitchen to maximize space and yet get me everything I wanted in a new kitchen. He worked with the contractor and cabinet company to create a very lovely kitchen which opened into the living room. I am presently considering an addition to this small house and have hired Matt Brind'Amour again.

Matt is great to work with! He came into the disaster zone that was my first complete property overhaul. His vision paralleled mine and he was able to give advice on design ideas I had not previously considered. For example, I knew I wanted to open up my kitchen to flow into the dining room but Matt had a brilliant idea to that allowed me to do this while also creating more counter space AND a pantry in my tiny kitchen while still feeling very open. With Matt, we also created a whole new bathroom and expanded existing bedrooms by removing one half side of a cape cod roof and replacing it with a dormer that ran the length of the house. It added over 400sq/ft of living space to the house. He was very responsive to any concerns I had and provided me with all the information I needed about my reconstruction design. Matt was available when I needed him and met all timelines. I am more than please with the results and will definitely use Matt on future projects!
