Eliot Pederson and his team remodeled a kitchen, two baths and other renovations for clients of mine in an Edwardian flat in San Francisco last year. Eliot provided thorough, detailed estimates and bids, great management and field supervision. Eliot and his team of subs are all skilled, professional and personable and paid great attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Projects in San francisco can be challenging with scarce parking and close neighbors. Eliot and his team navigated through any issue with grace, courtesy and consideration. I look forward to recommending and working with Pederson Construction on future projects.

Pederson Construction has done several projects at the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers. They have done everything from exhibit building to greenhouse repair. They always come in on budget and on schedule. Several of my co-workers have ended up using them for projects on their homes. I can not recommend them enough! 5 stars!
