I have used Onyx GC for several projects around my house and their work is high quality. The team has installed balcony railings, French doors, gutters and most recently refurbished our deck. The team is professional and I appreciated their attention to detail. My project was a new custom home, starting with an empty lot. It was completed pretty much on time and on budget. There were challenging building code issues that Onyx navigated with minimal setbacks. I’m a plumber with 30 experience, so I recognize professionalism, and I was very pleased with the final product.

Onyx GC is an excellent contractor. The President and his crew provided timely and skilled workmanship. They had to completely renovate an entire house. Insulation had to be added to the whole house and each room had to be extensively repaired, plastered and painted. The kitchen and bathroom, limited in size, came with unique plumbing problems requiring Onyx's team to creatively upgrade with amenities that fit and provide a modern and beautiful appearance. In addition, they had to replace all electrical wiring up to code throughout the basement, house, attic, outside from the pole, and to the garage and inside the garage, as well as all light fixtures and switches and outlets. The selection of cabinetry was a perfect match with the flooring I chose, and the flooring was laid perfectly throughout several rooms and hallways. Everything that needed repair, replacement, adding or removal was done to perfection, including windows, doors and trims. They took a house which had decades of neglect and made it into a showpiece. Their work was timely, organized and they were very very neat. I couldn't have been happier with the results. They truly accomplished "Herculean" tasks. They are experts in construction and I would be extremely happy to engage them again and recommend them to all!!!

Pedro and his crew were extremely easy to work during our bathroom renovation. He provided excellent design ideas and recommendations, while keeping with my preferences. Pedro patiently answered questions and addressed any of my concerns that may have come up during process. The job took longer than he expected due to unexpected issues with the tiles and cabinetry, but he remained patient and made sure we were happy with the installation (rather than rush through because of the delays). The final product was stunning and we are in the process of updating another bathroom with Pedro because we were so happy with the outcome. Pedro was great to work with! I partnered with him (and his team) on 2 separate remodels for my new apartment. First, he changed my countertops, re-painted my bathtub (looked brand new), and painted my bathroom. I showed him a few materials I liked for the countertop and he found a very similar one with his provider. This really helped because in the second remodel I used the same material for a breakfast bar. For the second remodel, he removed my popcorn ceiling (looks amazing), fixed wall holes, painted my entire apartment, changed my bedroom & bathroom doors, and even built a wall as a frame for sliding mirror closet door. As with remodels, some of his projects caused our start date to be pushed back which Pedro quickly communicated to me. He worked with me on scheduling to ensure we found a date that worked well for both of us! Pedro was timely, and when asked about items that needed to be fixed or adjusted he immediately addressed them. Overall, I had a great experience working with him and I would 100% work with Pedro again on future home remodels & projects!

Pedro Lopez is an absolute professional in all facets of being a general contractor. He is very knowledgeable and transparent with his recommendations and course of action. He always kept me informed while performing the job I contracted him to do. Pedro Lopez did an excellent job in replacing the original hot and cold water pipes inside my house. He also completed a partial remodel on all sections of the house that were originally cut open to remove the original piping. I cannot recommend Pedro Lopez and Onyx GC highly enough. He is honest and offers fair prices for his work and expertise.

Pedro and his team transformed my old dinky bathroom into something I'm proud to let my guests use during parties. Every little detail was covered, and my concerns were all addressed. When finished he presented me a list of everything and even added my requested extras to ensure I was satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the work performed.
