In our 30 years in Santa Fe, we have completed 175 homes, all on time and on budget, with over 74 of those homes in Las Campanas. Tierra concepts built our home six years ago. The workmanship was outstanding and they finished the project on time and on budget, with no change orders. They were also a pleasure to work with, so I highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of meeting the designers and have been so impressed with their professionalism and the care and thoughtfulness that they put into every home that they create. Having Tierra Concepts design a home for me has just jumped to the top of my bucket list!

We choose Tierra Concepts to renovate our 90-year-old house in the Don Gaspar Historic District. The house was a lovely old home with asbestos, lead paint, and a less-than-modern flow. Along with our designer, Stephen Beili and Kurt Faust, co-owner of Tierra Concepts, we came up with a fantastic plan that flip-flopped the kitchen and master bedroom. We grabbed space from a service hall to enlarge the kitchen and carve out a lovely master closet. We added an addition to the back that contains the staircase and 2 1/2 bathrooms, a basement laundry and mechanical room. Along with cosmetic changes, we qualified the house for LEED gold; quite an accomplishment in a 90-year-old house. Because we are located in the historic district we were challenged to restore, not replace. Tierra Concepts gathered a team of skilled artisans to revive the windows, woodwork, fireplace, floors, exterior trim and stucco. Every challenge was discussed, solved and acted upon. The construction foreman, Raul Rodriguez, was on top of every issue. He managed the sub-contractors with skill and respect. We were in good hands from the beginning to the end. Subsequently, every minor issue we've had has been promptly taken care of. We highly recommend Tierra Concepts and their team. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Tierra Concepts built my parents' home in 1994. Since then, they've built 18 other projects I've designed in Santa Fe. One of the many reasons I continue to recommend them to my clients is that I know my clients will have an enjoyable process. That means the world to me. The three partners and their staff and subcontractors (many of whom have worked with them for years) are honorable and personable. My experience over the last twenty years has been that they build a great project on schedule and on budget, every time. Their homes have won many awards in the annual homebuilders' parade of homes, and their reputation is outstanding. You can ask anyone in town who has worked with them, and you will see their faces light up.

The best of the best. Great quality, great people, great design. We built a home in Las Campanas with Tierra Concepts while we were still living in Chicago and trusted many decisions to Keith Gorges of Tierra Concepts. He didn't let us down. We love our new home and have no regrets. If you are looking for a design/build firm you can trust to deliver on their promises and stand behind their product, this is the one. A rarity in Santa Fe? You betcha. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've had the pleasure of touring a number of Tierra Concept projects and looking through dozens of project portfolios as well as speaking in-depth with the three partners. These guys only have one setting, which is turning the quality up to 11. Each partner is a skilled builder in his own right, but like a transformer, they combine together to create an incredibly capable team with crews and subcontractors who know how to deliver the detail and thoughtfulness that Tierra demands. And Tierra has some of the most well-conceived and original design work around--which is something that not all builders can claim. I know they're happy to work with architects, but they really are a one stop shop for design and build. I don't think anyone has ever regretted working in earnest with these guys.

As A landscape contractor on a new house project it is imperative that I have a good working relationship with the general contractor. I have worked on several projects with Tierra Concepts and have found them to be very professional and solution oriented. The entire staff have always been available for questions and consultations and have been extremely accommodating to my needs and concerns. Their attention to detail and fine craftsmanship is superb. Our relationship is ongoing and I look forward to working with on the next project. I highly recommend them as a general contractor.
