Scott Stiffel manages each project personally. He contracts, plans, bids, schedules, and is the job superintendent and the accountant. He is on the job 24/7. This supports his belief, "that if you don't take the time to do it right, when will you find the time to do it over... so do it right." Scott's personal attention is backed by 44 years of construction and construction management experience. He redesigned and renovated old brownstones and buildings in Chicago. His work in the Houston area extends from Bush Intercontinental Airport and the Jesse Jones School of Business to new construction and redesign/renovation in River Oaks, the Memorial Villages, West University, Briar Grove, Nottingham, Fonn Villas, Upper Kirby, Rice Military and developed [Creekside Villas of Memorial] in Spring Valley Village. References available on request. Scott is a charter member and on the board of Custom Builders USA/Houston Chapter. CB/USA is made up of over 250 builders in 13 cities leveraging 3000 home starts and $1.98B in material and labor spending annually.
