Susan has assisted me on several design projects. An entire living room with beautiful matching velvet sofas and accessories including pillows, lighting and an area rug. And she has helped me to coordinate the dining and kitchen area with chairs previously purchased from Ethan Allen along with a new bench. She is always there for me when I have any questions. Susan has been to my home several times with fabric samples and advice and came to our home when the furniture was delivered to see that it was all put together seem less. She has been wonderful to work with and is always eager to please. I look forward to working with her on future projects.

I cannot even begin to share how amazed I am with my “new bedroom”. I sent pictures of my bedroom and asked for help! I did not realize how dreary my room looked until Susan Knox sent me pictures of what it could look like! After asking several questions, she went to creating a masterpiece! I absolutely love my room and cannot wait to work with her on my next project.

My husband and I are currently working with Susan Knox on a great room redesign. She is one patient lady because we are people of a thousand questions. We also like the way she provides a visual of your pending purchase by using power point prior to buying. It is a HUGE help and extra work on her part to put the furniture pieces you're considering into a picture of your existing room. By Susan providing a visual prior to purchase, it really puts you, as the buyer, as ease. Knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I asked Susan for some info on products I liked in her portfolio on Houzz, and very quickly she helped me find the item. She was gracious , accommodating and so helpful. She did not charge me anything for her help.....just helped me out of kindness. This is probably the sign of a person that would be willing to go the extra mile for her customers !!
