The Time 4 Design

We had a fire in our home, I was overwhelmed with all the decisions to be m made. Carolyn was fabulous, her ideas made my house pop. She relieved the stress of having to completely redo a home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result.

Time for design was fantastic! After several DIY design attempts, Carolyn saved us. Her direct approach, personality and knowledge about design were key in making our home feel like "us". She was sensitive to our family of four which includes a young child and dog. She captured the practical lifestyle we required in choosing the right furniture, frames, accessories, rugs, etc. The best way to say it is that she gets all pieces and puts together a customized puzzle. Her approach at making the home look stunning, while balancing the reality of life, really stood out upon revealing the final product. She was also very cognizant of our budget during the design phase. Other notables that illustrate her character; she was very honest about what worked and what we needed to say goodbye to, she was always available for random quick questions, she was willing to lend us her truck to move large items to and from places, AND she took our sick dog out on walks when we weren't home. (Who does that!?). All to say, the company has great people with integrity and an eye for customized design. We're finally excited to show our new home off!

Amazing job! Carolyn and her team staged a $500,000+ home going up for sale and I know raised the value at least $25000. Beautifully done and arrived on time. Highly recommend!

We are getting ready to move and Carolyn consulted with to us to update our home. She is fabulous -- professional and decisive! She has a wonderful positive energy and her vision has given us direction and focus to implement and improve our home and we love her selection of lighting and painting. We liked her so much we want her to help us with our house we are going to remodel and redesign as well as interior design and layout.

Carolyn did a beautiful job staging and helping the sellers choose paint colors. After being on the market for 90 days, we took it off the market, they painted and she did her magic. After putting the home back on as an active listing, the sellers received 2 offers within a few weeks (this was in the slower market time of November). It made a huge difference in marketing the property!

I was very impressed with Carolyns suggestions and that she listened to our "wants' and "needs" and budget. Her design was cohesive and helped blend the old and new seamlessly!
