My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    DO NOT PURCHASE. Model HRG3618U. Heating in the oven went out 3 months after the warranty was up. They will not cover. The Thermostat did not work correctly either. Never on the right degree set.

    If any of the burners on the stove are off kilter a bit it will keep clicking loudly. Had to have the burners fixed due to a manufacturing error.

    The customer service phone number was barely answered. Only one person showed up at the Thor Kitchen Company to work on Monday, August 21, 2017.

    Cleaned the oven by the directions and the enamel started coming off.

    Very CHEAP. DO NOT BUY!
