I had a room addition built by Micah Morrison. The experience/outcome was something that I would never want to experience again. There was no communication throughout the job (and he says he prides himself on communication) the subcontractors that were hired were less than good. The Concrete that was done at my home cracked within a week all over the place, there was no compaction done over the septic tank therefore we had two sink holes, my landscaping was completely tore up. I had to higher a landscaper to come in after the fact to replace my landscaping which cost me alot of extra money (and it was written in my contract that the landscape would be replaced) when it was brought to Micah’s attention he simply said “that is not my problem”. Micah left his Painter in charge of the job because Micah would never show up and his Painter was an absolute joke. It’s only been a little over a year and a half, and the paint is just horrible, my rain gutters leak at every corner, i am having to pay to have my shower redone because of cracked tile and water damage. This list goes on but i think i have made my point. I am a very disappointed client and wish it had of been a better experience. Be careful who you hire these days.
