Andrew & his construction partners at IHR completed a 2 part renovation at my home in Philadelphia. IHR installed a mini-split HVAC unit in my living room and basement and they renovated the unfinished basement by converting it an exercise room/studio. Both tasks were completed in a satisfactory manner and at reasonable cost. Andrew was always available for consultations, and when needed, made mid-course corrections to keep the project in line with my expectations. I am pleased with the outcome.

My kitchen update looks great. IHR replaced window, installed tile backsplash and counters. The crew was efficient and hard working.

I never hesitate to contact "Andrew" when we need a contractor. Our experience with him in the past has been flawless!

Working with Andrew was an absolute mistake. He was in charge of taking care of three of our properties (we bought 3 in 7 months) And he left us with well over $100,000 in added expenses due to negligence and endless lies. We are remote investors from out of town, and he took full advantage of that by providing lackluster work that looked complete for the 1st two houses, but after review and use, it turned out to be terrible disasters. We ultimately ended up having to fire him during the third project after his own employee called us to let us know how many corners he was cutting. We got an outside inspector to visit the property and he confirmed that Andrew was using novice workers, failed to oversee them, and continued to tell us that everything is going great. Even after showing him what the outside inspector confirmed and said, we stupidly decided to try and let Andrew fix his mistakes and complete the work because he had explained that they were simple and easy fixes, and we imagined it would be significantly more expensive to replace him than to keep him.. It was a terrible idea, which says a lot about us for being so gullible. He strung us along, ran through our money, asked us for more money, and promised us that he was going to finish it within a couple of weeks. Months passed, and he delivered new excuses. He explained that his electrician or plumber was sick. We started to actively visit on a weekly basis to see what type of work he was doing, only to find that only hours of work was getting done per week for multiple consecutive weeks and he kept asking for money for the nothing that he was doing. Burned through almost of our money and it nearly resulted in us going bankrupt. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The 3rd Project started in February 2023. We fired him in November 2024. The new general contractor had to fix a bunch of things that he did incorrectly, including HVAC, electricity, plumbing, and certain framing work. They also realized that the roof had to get redone after Andrew had explained that the roof would be good for another five or six years.The property was finally fully renovated in July 2025.

We first worked with Integrity Home Remodeling on a drywall and painting project for our rowhouse. Andrew and his team did a great job and we worked with them again on window replacements and some exterior repairs. Andrew and his team have been professional, on-time, and on-budget every time we've worked with them. I highly recommend.
