Modern Organic Construction is a group of individuals dedicated to the art of construction. Our focus is creating new spaces that follow good design down a sustainable path. MOC has completed hundreds of residential projects from single bathroom remodels to raw land ground-up custom homes. Regardless of size, each project requires the same level of management and sensitivity to our client's needs. Residential projects impact the client in personal ways and we understand that homeowners rely on their contractor's guidance to plan their lives.
