Neil Kelly's designer Kathy, translated our vision after a series of meetings, discussions, and an ongoing Pinterest board into the perfect design for our family and life. Neil Kelly has expert carpenters who were the mainstay on the ground of the project, working with the awesome contractor experts. Neil Kelly assigned us a phenomenal and talented project manager, Ashley, who truly brought everything to life making sure we stayed on time, on budget, and in scope. We had an open line of communication about questions. In this challenging time of COVID, supply issues, odd weather, and unexpected schedules, they made magic happen as if those challenges didn't exist. It made living off a hot plate for three months worth it.”

“We chose Lamont Brothers to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms after interviewing other firms, and are very happy with the decision. We felt great confidence with BaSharia Middleton's skills to take our ideas and bring them to reality within the budget we had negotiated. BaSharia found some unusual, beautiful backsplash tiles that greatly enhanced the appearance of the rooms, helped us rethink some of our ideas that (in retrospect) would not have looked good, and monitored every step of the design as it evolved from broad outlines, through the "consider these alternatives" stage, to the final design. "JT" is an absolute master of tile work. Cory Pena juggled various phases of the work to keep us very close to the original schedule - snowstorms in Alaska and one subcontractor's hiccup notwithstanding! (And Lamont has strengthened its procedures to eliminate that possible error in future projects.) I should note that no project is perfect, and no contractor is perfect. There are simply too many unknowables before work begins despite everybody's best efforts. What matters is how the crew deals with those situations when they arise: a drain pipe where you didn't expect it, a mid-project homeowner design change, or the like. We were confident that everything would work out well, and it did. The crew took excellent care of our home as well. Our friends and neighbors have praised the project. We would certainly hire Lamont Brothers again, and have referred them to friends planning their own renovations.”

“We had our bathroom remodeled. It was a complete removal and replacement with new shower addition and tub and vanity. Patrick's crews were excellent as well as were his subcontractors. Patrick was always available by phone for questions and stopped by the job nearly every day. Dust and noise were carefully managed as we are a condo. Our neighbors were complimentary of all the crews. Would definitely hire him again.”
