Molten is one of a group of tiles inspired by weathered steel. Its vivid orange coloration is tempered by darker, speckled elements that reflect the effects of oxidization and weathering. Mid-sized contemporary one-story metal exterior home idea in San Francisco

This beautiful transitional powder room with wainscot paneling and wallpaper was transformed from a 1990's raspberry pink and ornate room. The space now breathes and feels so much larger. The vanity was a custom piece using an old chest of drawers. We removed the feet and added the custom metal base. The original hardware was then painted to match the base.

The bold, raised seam copper shroud and stone veneer surround heighten the visual impact of gas fireplace insert. Half windows preserve privacy from neighbors while an existing door continues to provide access from the house.

The new design expanded the footprint of the home to 1,271 square feet for the first level and 1,156 for the new second level. A new entry with a quarter turn stair leads you into the original living space. The old guest bedroom that was once accessed through the dining room is now connected to the front living space by pocket doors. A hand-made copper wall sculpture with a gradient patina anchors this contemporary residential dining space.
