My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Painted Staircase

Transitional Staircase

The walls of the foyer and stairwell are painted with Sherwin Williams Anew Gray (SW7030) in flat finish. The trim, newel posts, cap board, risers, and spindles are painted in Painters Edge Shell White in gloss (PE2100051). The handrail and stair treads are stained with Minwax to match the hardwood flooring.
