The grid style doors on the cabinets flanking the window have a mission style pattern. A Custom island table seats 5 and features a prep area sink as well.

In this kitchen we removed the existing soffits and opened up the room by removing the peninsula and installed new Waypoint Living Spaces 630S door style, full overlay Maple cabinets with Cognac stain with crown molding up to the ceiling. Richilieu brushed nickel transitional metal pulls were installed on the cabinets. Wilsonart Bronzed Fusion laminate countertops were installed with a Blanco diamond equal bowl sink in biscuit color with Moen Arbor single handle pullout faucet in spot resistant stainless steel finish. The backsplash is 3x6 Rittehnhouse glazed wall tile in almond color installed in a subway pattern. On the floor is Permastone 16x16 groutfit tile in Indian Slate dune.

In this lovely, luxurious master bedroom, we installed the headboard wallpaper with a white and gold pattern, and painted the walls and trim in a fresh soft white. Gold accents tie everything together!

What a fun children's loft! The bottom hosts a cozy reading nook to hang out for some quiet time, or for chatting with the girls. The turquoise walls are amazing, and the white trim with pops of bright pink decor are perfect. What child would not LOVE to have this in their room? Fun fun fun! Located in, Summit Park, Park City UT lies one of the most efficient houses in the country. The Summit Haus – designed and built by Chris Price of PCD+B, is an exploration in design and construction of advanced high performance housing. Seeing a rising demand for sustainable housing along with rising Carbon emissions leading to global warming, this house strives to show that sensible, good design can create spaces adequate for today’s housing demands while adhering to strict standards. The house was designed to meet the very rigid Passiv House rating system – 90% more efficient than a typical home in the area. The house itself was intended to nestle neatly into the 45 degree sloped site and to take full advantage of the limited solar access and views. The views range from short, highly wooded views to a long corridor out towards the Uinta Mountain range towards the east. The house was designed and built based off Passiv Haus standards, and the framing and ventilation became critical elements to maintain such minimal energy requirements. Zola triple-pane, tilt-and-turn Thermo uPVC windows contribute substantially to the home’s energy efficiency, and takes advantage of the beautiful surrounding of the location, including forrest views from the deck off of the kitchen. Inspiration for a mid-century modern family room remodel in Austin

Ulrich Designer: Tom Santarsiero Photography by Peter Rymwid This is a master bath with subtle sophistication and understated elegance. The cabinets were custom designed by Tom, with straight, simple lines, and custom built by Draper DBS of walnut, with a deep, rich brown finish. The richness of the dark cabinetry juxtaposed with the elegance of the white carrara marble on the countertop, wall and floors contributes to the room's sophistication. Ample storage is found in the large vanity and an armoire style cabinet, designed to mimic a free-standing furniture piece, that is positioned behind the door. Architectural beams placed across the vaulted ceiling bring a sense of scale to the room and invite natural light in through the skylight.

We loved designing Trey's new room. This teenager loves all things music and British. The Union Jack flag fit perfectly for this unique design. The chalkboard wall was the perfect spot to display Trey's record collection and music. A sitting area is perfect for jam sessions.

In the first floor bathroom we featured a light colored textured porcelain wood tile surround to the bathroom also installed horizontally.
