This is an example of an E-Design Project that R.K.A. Home Staging & Redesign completed for a California Client out of State using our E-Design Shopping Technology. We can shop for our clients all over the globe, as their personal shopper. We have a simple process we use to have it be easy for our clients, all without having them leave their homes. The client has a choice of style they would like for selecting their furniture and decor items and our home designers will do all the shopping by the clients budget and time frame needed. The items is staged and delivered right where the client wants, in the space fitted and measured for the furniture items, even lighting fixtures as well.

With the amazing influx of gifted clothes from friends and relatives that recently had children (or recently went on a shopping spree), some organization was in order to make sense of the large amounts of clothes. Here is our solution.

Our Gold Coast shopfitters created an outstanding cafe fitout for these small business owners. This being the second of two cafes, the owners of Kaffe Co. wanted something a little different to their original space, opening up the kitchen and front counter area to allow customers to see right into the kitchen and preparation spaces. The client’s hope for the fitout was to have all the space well utilised to allow for a full kitchen while catering for plenty of dine-in customers. The cafe design was all about creating an inviting and relaxing space for customers to sit and enjoy a meal on a break from shopping. Our Gold Coast shopfitters worked around many other builds happening in the new shopping centre at the time which called for a high level of organisation and some problem solving to ensure the smooth operation of the build. The cafe offers a clean, minimalistic style with polished concrete floors, Hamptons inspired white timber walls and a beautiful timber bench top – all finished off with on-trend copper light fixtures creating a comfortable and pleasant eatery for shoppers in the midst of a busy arena. This project is in the final stages. The basement is finished with a den, bedroom, full bathroom and spacious laundry room. New living spaces have been created upstairs. The kitchen has come alive with white cabinets, new countertops, a farm sink and a brick backsplash. The mudroom was incorporated at the garage entrance with a storage bench and beadboard accents.
