The Joppa Group Restored this historic brownstone in Newburyport, MA back to its glory with some added modern touches. From the original exposed beams to the custom built ins, herringbone fireplace and custom furniture- every inch of this project was very thought out and made especially for our clients.

Transforming this Living space for this darling family was such a fun project! Creating a cozy and cool area for entertaining and family movie watching, enhances the heart of this home. Adding chic mono-toned textures enhanced by cool yellows, grays and whites, we were very excited to see this come together, beyond their expectations.

A rustic-modern house designed to grow organically from its site, overlooking a cornfield, river and mountains in the distance. Indigenous stone and wood materials were taken from the site and incorporated into the structure, which was articulated to honestly express the means of construction. Notable features include an open living/dining/kitchen space with window walls taking in the surrounding views, and an internally-focused circular library celebrating the home owner’s love of literature. Perfect Symmetry was accomplished by Designer Stehanie Favale when adding this stunning Allegri GoldenTeak crystal fixture to this Master bathroom. Geometric crystal pattern works so well here. Allegri's approach to crystal lighting celebrates a freshness and excitement that is unique. Maintaining the charm and charisma of traditional crystal, Allegri’s chandeliers, wall lighting and table lamps are defined with an updated twist incorporating advanced technology and creativity.

The owners of this traditional Split- Level wanted a Modern Style home. Tearing off a gable roof, adding a third story with a clear story window on the roof, opening up the entire first floor, and adding Modern features did just that. The use of a stair tower off the back of the house allowed for more square footage in the home and an open floor plan. The homeowners were very excited to be the first Modern on the block and show off what can be done with a dated home. A simple kitchen design with a waterfall Island counter really made this space functional. What do you say about a clearstory window that you can see from the main floor? Light, Light, Light!
